The room was lovely and modern. We loved that we had the choice of using a fan above our bed or the aircon on the wall. The room was very clean and came with a lovely bathroom. The location was fantastic. With a short walk across the road, we were at the ocean and we had so many cafe within walking distance as well.

The bathroom had no exhaust fan in it for the toilet or the shower, so we ended up having to leave the bathroom window open. Which was uncomfortable because you could see people walk past our window while in the shower. We also had to pay extra if we wanted a towel for the pool. Sadly, the bed was the worse. We found the bed to be too soft for us. Both mornings we would wake up sunk into the middle of the bed half squished by the other person. The bed was just way too soft. Which left us with sore backs.

I liked the room was very clean and tidy. The location was good for us.

We booked a room for two beds. However, we were surprised that there was a sign asking us to use one bed rather than two beds, because you guys want to lower the cost. I understand the purpose, but it's not very nice for customers to see this, since we booked two beds for two people and we didnt want to share our bed with each other.

Staff were amazing. Had a booking hiccup through booking.com but staff fixed it instantly. Recommended a little store that had the odd request I was looking for. Bath....oh the bath, was such a large deep bath, I was in heaven. Right across the road from a beautiful quiet beach and around the corner from some shops. Yet lovely and quiet.

Very quiet at night and comfy bed. Close to the venue I was attending. Close to restaurants for lunch and breakfast on The Esplanade. Overall very comfortable and clean. I appreciated my milk being topped up and bin emptied. Thank You.

A bit dated and the upgraded parts are very stark. Black and white and grey.

I few homeless people on Forrest shore but stick to them self..The back gate could be open or sum gate pass would handy but I understand if does not happen .

The location of the motel was excellent. The check in staff were great!

The cleaning lady popped in to clean, but we hadn't left for the day yet. She said she would return later. When we came back that afternoon, we found that our room hadn't been serviced.

room was tidy, Large room only thing is it would be nice when we book if it would give us an option to stay down stairs instead of upstairs. Especially when you are travelling with work and have a few bags it makes it easier to have a room down stairs.

that i was upstairs not down stairs. when you travel with work and have a lot of baggage makes it easier if you are down stairs.

It was a massive room which enabled us to spread out and move around with comfort. while it was very comfortable , it had very little character, which did not bother us but some might be underwhellmed.

Great location right long the esplanade , easy to find, staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room was clean and spacious with all the facilities you would expect. Good value, will likely stay there again.

Please paint the associated room number on the ground of the parking bays!!! Guests aren't looking up and to see which bay they should be parking in. We ended up buying some traffic cones in an attempt to stop other guests parking in our allocated bay.

Lovely and clean, easy parking, laundry facility, most comfortable beds! Perfect position too.

We stayed in a family room - there were no bowls or cutlery, only cups and 2 teaspoons. I didn’t have my family with me but I know if I did it would have been disappointing to have to bring all my own crockery. First motel I’ve seen in a long time that doesn’t even provide a butter knife.
