I was travelling with my 75yo mother and my energetic little dog - it's not always easy to find somewhere that suits everyone! This place was perfect with very spacious kitchen and living areas plus two comfy bedrooms. The host was very helpful and kind when I had to message about something. I only wish we'd had longer as we arrived late and had to leave early for the ferry. Would definitely stay again if in Thurso.

I can't really think of any downsides.

The property was perfect for what we required with facilities we weren’t expecting such as a washing machine & dishwasher. The enclosed garden was an added bonus so we could let the dogs out before bedtime

We requested an early check in on the day of arrival but we weren’t notified this had been granted until 1 hour before we were checking out! This resulted in us wandering around for 4 hours waiting for the 3pm check in

A few points, the outside by the door was overgrown and littered with takeaway trays. A little thought could solve the next few pints. Salt and pepper etc could be available in the cupboard as could soap in the bathroom. One of the dining room chairs was missing 3vscrews, very dangerous. I repaired chair. We had to purchase a can opener as the one in the drawer was useless. Sorting out these little issues will make a big difference

Large clean living spaces and bedrooms. Excellent location, could walk to everything in the main part of town.

Would have liked better clothes drying facilities.

The flat is very central, with a free parking lot in the internal court. It's very close 2 pubs open till late and a big supermarket. Also very convenient to reach Scrabster if taking the ferry to reach Orkney islands. Comfortable beds.

There is no AC and at night the flat can be very hot. Instructions could have been a bit clearer, but guys at the nearest pub were kind enough to show us how to find it.

We realized that Thurso is a great location for trips to the north and that's why we extended our stay twice here. It is a very spacious apartment with the main amenities you may need. Friendly and helpful owner, too. Really enjoyed our 3-days here. Thank you.

Very spacious, clean. Comfy beds, nice lounge, good kitchen.

Tricky to find. Make sure that your satnav accepts Meadow Court, not Meadow Lane. No tea towel.

Great location, spacious unit. Instructions were useful, although could've used more.

Nothing was terrible, but some things--such as the shower--were impossible to figure out. Not a huge problem, but some information on how to operate it would help. Small bedroom table or shelf would be great, but lack of one wasn't a big drawback.

Room and house size, cleanliness, kitchen facilities were excellent

Only one toilet cum bathroom for large house caused inconvenience in the morning.

This apartment was beautiful and spacious! Everything was clean and perfect. Parking was close and the area was quiet.
