We loved the size of the house. The bedrooms, kitchen, lounge area and especially the shower. Just a few details below that could do with improving My sister left her purse behind and they were great in finding it and sending it back to us.

A Knob missing off oven, chipped counter in kitchen. Marks on walls and walls filled with polyfilla. This might be because of pet friendly status.

Very clean, easy to access on arrival, beds were very comfortable and the shower was really good pressure. Sofa was also very comfortable and the wifi had a great connection.

The pictures showed a washer and dryer, though there was only a washer available when we arrived. It might have be a combination unit but it wasn't very clear. We managed to get a rinse on and use the air dryer over night which mostly did the job to refresh our camping gear.

I was travelling with my 75yo mother and my energetic little dog - it's not always easy to find somewhere that suits everyone! This place was perfect with very spacious kitchen and living areas plus two comfy bedrooms. The host was very helpful and kind when I had to message about something. I only wish we'd had longer as we arrived late and had to leave early for the ferry. Would definitely stay again if in Thurso.

I can't really think of any downsides.

The property was perfect for what we required with facilities we weren’t expecting such as a washing machine & dishwasher. The enclosed garden was an added bonus so we could let the dogs out before bedtime

We requested an early check in on the day of arrival but we weren’t notified this had been granted until 1 hour before we were checking out! This resulted in us wandering around for 4 hours waiting for the 3pm check in

The flat had plenty of space in a quiet building that was close to shops/restaurants/takeaways etc. Very easy to find and access with the keybox.

Front door handle was a bit loose and the door could use a paint. Kitchen tap handles were also wobbly and could be hard to turn off!

Once we were able to get in the apartment was exceptional. Big rooms, amenities were great, clean, tidy. No issues at all with the apartment

This is close to the beach and the centre of town. Easy to find and access, the property is well appointed to cater for people with dogs and/or children. Very reasonably prices and a lovely host. We would stay here again.

A few points, the outside by the door was overgrown and littered with takeaway trays. A little thought could solve the next few pints. Salt and pepper etc could be available in the cupboard as could soap in the bathroom. One of the dining room chairs was missing 3vscrews, very dangerous. I repaired chair. We had to purchase a can opener as the one in the drawer was useless. Sorting out these little issues will make a big difference

Lovely home to have as a base whilst travelling around the NE coastline. Lots of storage space for food and drinks. Comfortable beds and spacious

Location amd comfort Place is clean tidy and cozy

The one property could do with even one more toilet if it house 6-7 person base on the number of rooms
