As long as there are good links I stay away from downtown for better rates. Largo is a way out but the hotel is 5 mins walk from the excellent metro system and its only $13 for a one day pass. WIFI was great and room spacious and clean. Excellent hot shower. As my flight home was very late they kindly stored my bag and I went back later to collect it. The silver line goes all the way from Largo to Dulles with no changes. Apart from the note below was happy with the price

Limited breakfast and with only 2 easy chairs you have to take to your room. Coffee machine is not automatically provided but you can request one but I'm not sure they have sufficient number if there was great demand. My biggest issue is despite paying up front $100 was taken from my credit card even though there's no minibar or other expense you can incur. They do put the payment through and 2 weeks on it still has not been refunded despite my complaint to the hotel. I arrived from Miami where the hotel there took $1, which was refunded the day safter I checked out. A mixture of staff friendliness, some good and some not so

Easy way, 2 minutes from the highway

I wouldn't call bars, cupcakes and tea/coffee "breakfast". Such a treat is usually at every reception for free and is not considered breakfast included for guests. If 5 people are placed in a room with two beds then in my opinion they should be king sized beds and they weren’t.

First off the staff at this location is AMAZING! I would highly recommend. The room was clean and very comfortable. Location is perfect.

The carpet in the room could be changed

I was sceptical since I saw reviews place is half way house, weed smoking, dirty, all lies. When I went there staff was courteous, places was clean except carpet need cleaning; surroundings quiet

The place in a very good location with plenty of restaurants and activities located close by.

While in my room, I was interrupted with the hotel stuff needing to enter the room for extermination. If I was not in room , I felt that they would have entered the room when I was not there. I could have been exposed to something that could have an affect to a medical condition or my valuables being move by the person(s) entering the room. I called hotel manager and was told this was to have happen last week. If that was the case I should have been placed in a room that did not need extermination, note I a guest and not a resident. This was uncomfortable and did not feel safe after this incident.
