Everything was great. The door wouldn't close all the way, unless closed hard. The bed, bathroom, fridge, all 👍🏽. We came for the Comal River tubing, and we were close to it. Surrounded by lots of stores. Great hotel!

Everything was great, breakfast was really good and the time was great since I had my kids with me and they don't like to eat too early, breakfast until 10 was great we were usually there around 9. Since we stay a couple of days room service stop at our room to ask if we need more towels or if we need for them to get our trash out. Pool was clean my kids enjoyed every day in the afternoon.

The first time we pass the hotel because all the business in front of the hotel make it confusing to figure out where you need to go to get to the parking lot.

Room was very neat and tidy when we arrived. We really were only staying at the hotel to sleep and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were in great condition, the entire hotel still feels new.

Everything was fine.

We had an issue with bedding and all I did was ask the front desk and we got upgraded to another room due to the inconvenience. That room ended up fitting my family better. I will definitely return to this location.

Comfortable bed, quiet

Couch was beat up and so uncomfortable. We had our dog with us. $50.00 extra for our dog was way too much. $25.00 would be more reasonable. Our dog is a low shedding dog. I would like to know what your staff does to do extra cleaning. The property needs an update.

No waters in the rooms, the entrance to the property is a problem to get too with traffic

We came for my Mother's funeral. It was nice not to have to worry about accommodations.

The breakfast staff did not keep up with demand. We had to wait for everything to be replenished. No juice/milk, no eggs, no biscuits for the gravy offered. When I requested items, staff was bothered. Many other guests were waiting also and the sad part was the dining room was nowhere near capacity. Another negative was the price!!! We were there on Labor Day weekend for a wedding. When I adjusted dates I realized the charge was 2x more for the holiday weekend. We only stayed 1 night but had there not been such an incredible markup we probably would have stayed a second night.

The elevator situation was creepy. One day only 1 was working, and then it would go up and down as u were trying get out. Then the next day the other was in service and was taking too long to let us out. I know they were working on it, but still creepy.

Great location. Clean nice decor.

Got placed room facing street. I could hear big rigs at 5 am so I woke up to the noise. Would rather have a room in the back facing pool.
