Clean, new, comfortable and beautiful view. Great service

The parking option in the hotel is not included. They say it is free but only the option to park on the street, which actually is not part of the hotel. This is the only thing I did not like and recommended to edit their statement of free parking.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, we had no issues and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The rooms were clean, the balcony was spacious and we could stargaze at night. The beach was clean and intimate.

It was quite difficult to get to the beach but we did it after all. The parking lot accommodates 5 cars only, so be prepared to find parking spots on the small street adjacent to it. The breakfast was not varied at all, but everything was fresh so we liked it (not many gluten free products for those who suffer from intolerance).

The hotel has an unique design and elegance. Rooms are large, beautifully decorated, very well sound proofed and have a gorgeous view to the sea. The rooms are cleaned every day( the trash bin was changed even if it had one paper in it). There is smart TV with Youtube, Disney+ and Netflix. The restaurant has a terrace between trees, food is good but not too varied. It is self-service but u are also served to the table for some complex dishes and every day it is served a day speciality. The staff is very nice, helpful and they always smile. The entire atmosphere this hotel is creating through design, music, people is wonderfull.

I gave it a 9 instead of 10 because I think that the room floors could be better cleaned, they seemed dusty here and there. We had for 2 days some problems with warm water in the shower, but they fixed it. The restaurant staff seemed quite desorientated, sometimes forgetting your order and rearranging the table. However i'd rate it 9.5 point being the best 4 stars hotel I checked in in Bulgaria.

The Hotel is just another level! The design is so luxurious and different from what you find in the Golden Sands. The exterior pool is breathtaking and the trees help to keep it more balanced when the sun is up so it doesn’t get it too hot. The staff were so friendly and helpful !

If the hotel would be adults only, this will be perfect. The pool is not made for kids and there were lots of kids playing so you couldn’t relax that much because of the noise.For sure it needs to be adults only and this will be amazing for everyone considering the facilities and the vibe of the Hotel.

Lovely modern, clean and architecturally beautiful hotel. The location is a little tricky to get to but the view and peace is worth the effort. The front desk staff were very welcoming too.

The restaurant staff weren’t bad but clearly inexperienced and a little clumsy. Almost didn’t know what to do. It’s not a reason to not visit Unami but some staff training would help this fantastic hotel.

Staff was absolutely stunning. Very polite, smiling, young people. The hotel itself was beautiful and stilish. Food 10 out of 10! The room was with sea view and the sunrise was amazing, every morning. Pool not that big, but more than enough. The beach needs a bit of walking, but not much of a issue.

The only downside is that the private area alocated for Umani guest is not managed well and is full with mothers with small kids and teenagers from other hotels/hostels(obviously wearing wrist bands proving that) Occupying the sunbeds and umbrelas, which suposed to be for the hotel guests, they are leaving unpleasant experience. Screaming, running, crying... ect.

The location of the hotel is not the best (noisy road, smelly surroundings). The beach is not private, there is no guaranteed sunbeds.

Very quiet and classy place. Staff is very polite and professional. The room have a great, modern design combined with functionality. Very spacious and the bed is just perfect! The sea view room is outstanding to enjoy the sunrise.

The rooms are nice and spacious, nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The views are amazing.

The beach access is not so easy, if you have a stroller it is quite complicated. The hotel is nice and newely renovated, but the staff needs some more training.

We felt spoiled during our vacation at Umani. Confortable bed, great breakfast, included sunbeds on the beach. The staff was very nice and they were always happy to discuss with us. The restaurant serves amazing food, a little pricy but it's worth it. We had our room at the ground floor, which allowed us to step outside in nature.

Related to the hotel: - the windows have no fly/mosquito/bugs nets. We had a few insects entering our room. - the pool is small, it can get crowded really fast and pretty noisy when families with children come. But you don't go to the seaside to stay at the pool necesarily, so it wasn't a big inconvenience for us. Not related to the hotel necessarily, but: - you cannot stay too late on the Umani beach during the afternoon as behind the beach there is a forest and the shade will keep you cold after 6.30 pm. - really bad smelling garbage containers on the way to the beach, making the walk to the beach a little less pleasant.
