The breakfast was great lots of choices. Lunch and dinner were ok too. Always a salad bar and a pasta choice plus many other choices. Including freshly made pancakes and omelette every day. Sunbeds on grass area close to beach were free.

Drinks were not great including water which was on tap and tasted awful. We later realized if you used the soda tap that was nicely tasting still water. Drinks served in plastic cups. We got used to it and for the price couldn’t really complain.

We booked a last minute trip to Zakyntos and chose Poseidon beach hotel mainly due to location for first 4 nights. We traveled with a 1.5 year old baby. We liked the hotel and after day 2, we extended our stay there to 11 days. Hotel location is excellent , right by the beach and super nice staff all around the hotel, reception, restaurant, bars, cleaning, animators etc... They were all super kind to our daughter and she will definetely miss the hotel cat Ginger :) Food at buffett was good and they had a mix of local dishes, some protein/meat and usual suspects in any buffet (salad bar, fruits, sweets, vegetables, rice, pasta, etc..) Our room had a fantastic view of sea and pool area and we enjoyed alot. In the evenings, you hear the sounds of animaiton & music, but this didn't bother us much and we chose to stay anyway, due to nice view. But if you ( or kids) are sensitive to sound, then may be choose a different part of the hotel. There is a small mini club for kids during the day, with animators from tour companies for older kids (>4). Limited option for smaller kids but it was an option anyway and there is a small outdoor playground as well. Same animators had a mini disco in the evenings, and it was really fun for our daughter. there is a super market across the road. Hotel is far enough from the main busy loud street of Laganas but its a nice walk to the main street in Laganas also, we had few evening walks there. There are sun beds within hotel area before entering beach that you can use, right by the beach. Sun beds on the beach don't belong to hotel and you have to pay for them in case you want. Another tip, you can go to the harbour in the mornings to see a big turtle being fed by a fisher man, a nice morning run/walk. Overall, we were extremely happy about our stay and would defintely recommend this hotel and its great value for money considering all above for a 3 * hotel. We will definetely go back there.

In general, we enjoyed our stay and there was nothing we didn't like but can provide some areas of improvement. - A small play corner in the mini club for smaller kids ( <2 years) could be useful - You should be aware that hotel doesnt provide beach towels , luckily we had one already - Would be useful to have something above the outdoor playground for some shadow during the day also

I loved the location. Right on the beach. Food was good. Lots of variety. Room service great and Room very clean. Staff helpful and lovely. Hotel tax & air con was included with booking.com price paid which was great.

There was nothing I didn't like. But beds in rooms could have been more comfortable..I don't mind a hard mattress so didn't bother me too much.

The rooms were basic but comfortable, the food was decent and a good variety. the bartenders were fast and friendly, and the staff works incredibly hard. There are many feral cats around the property who were friendly and would eat from your hand if you offered them food. I fed them all every day, including buying cat food from the local shop. It was a highlight to feed them and see others doing the same. The pool was nice. There are plenty of sun shades.

No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. There’s a lovely rooftop sitting area overlooking the pool but it was closed during the day, had no shade, and you couldn’t bring drinks when it was open. Not a good use of space. Breakfast staff were sometimes a bit rude about feeding the cats. The sun loungers around the pool are old and uncomfortable. The beach loungers cost €20 each per day, which is daylight robbery ( though the sign said that’s a government tax).

Nice hotel at the beach with serviceminded personnel, The meals was fairly good, with some course repeating every day (Pasta, sauce, fries, nuggets, saladbar), but 3-4 courses changing. The snackbar and poolbar was open most of the day for easy access to snacks and drinks. The standard room was okay space with 4 people in the room, this was because of the bunkbed for my young adults in the room, we were 4 in total. The shower and toilet was nice a clean, but the central fan didn`t work to draw out the humidity. Air condition worked very good, this was needed after all day out at 38 degrees celcius. The sandy beach was very nice, shallow water far out and possible to rent pedal boates to spot turtles just outside the perimiter. Very good day and night entertainment with compentent and nice personnel keeping the guests happy.

The drinks tasted syrup and watered down, the beer tasted like light beer. But it was all inclusive, I didn`t have high expectations on this, but there were a market/shop nearby where you could purchase what you want. They didn`t have a system to identify minors, so they wouldn`t be able to order alcohol. They might have a system, but my 12 and 15 year old boys could order freely. The pool is too small based on the amount of rooms/people at the hotel. It got very quick crowded due to quite many people at the hotel when we stayed there. And it seems the sunbeds was always busy, due to towels hanging there all day. The bunkbed provided in the room was 170cm long, so I don`t recommend this if you travel with young adults.

A great October deal 84€/2 persons per night in All inclusive hotel by the beach including tons of food , ice-cream bar + all drinks was totally worth it. The omelettes and pasta the cook made during the meal time were very nice. Desserts were nice. Location nice, beautiful pool area and big but at least this time peaceful sandy beach. The reception was friendly.

For the price we paid there is really little to complain about as the price was so cheap, but a few notes to improve further: -Almost all the time the hot food was not hot enough and sometimes nearly cold -They don't offer pool/beach towels and until 4pm you need to pay to use the beach side sunbeds (the ones in the hotel area are free) -The walls don't have enough sound proofing -There was no proper light in the room, and sometimes a weird smell in the shower -First there was no shower gel/shampoo in the room but we got them after went to ask from the reception so maybe just an accident

Location was excellent, right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the grassy area to the side with extra sunbeds available if needed. Lovely large dining area half inside and half outside with good variety of food and fresh salads/fruit every day. Lovely inside bar and great outside pool bar and separate poolside snack bar. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels provided when needed along with extra bedding.

Not enough storage in room just one small wardrobe with hangers. No drawers just open shelves on bedside units. Being charged 20 Euros for 2 sunbeds when other places along the beach were either half that price or free! Cats being allowed to wander around the inside dining area as guests would feed them, stroke them and then handle the food service tongs. Having the bain maries covered instead of left open like the salad bar.

Breakfast and food was very good for an all inclusive..drink.. Cocktails very good Staff were all brilliant and helpful..

The part of beach that posiden owns is in a good place..but could be cleaner I used it 3x and the tables were dirty..the sand was covered in cigarette butt's.. yes it had been raked over but not cleaned...the little pool were you wash your feet is good..

Poseidon Beach Hotel was lovely and only 10 minutes from the airport.. The building itself was pretty with a welcoming reception and lounge area and fountains for added decor. A pleasant surprise and was better then we were expecting. We also had a beach and pool view room which was wonderful. Food was also better then expected for an all inclusive with plenty of choice. All staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn't fault it!

The location its self is fine for a base point but you'll want to explore further afield for the best beaches and views.

Very decent 3 star hotel. We paid a fair price for what we got. We stayed there for three days. Our room was on third floor (swimming pool and sea view, all inclusive). The room was clean , maybe not that big but big enough, air conditioning that worked perfectly for which we DID NOT pay extra, FREE Wi-Fi, linen and bedding super clean and super comfortable mattresses.There was some noise mainly music from the entertainment programme (and not that loud ) by the pool which stops at around ten at night. You can't beat the location. We thought food was great too !
