Hotel was fantastic only issues i had was name not being on breakfast list where i was questioned about had i paid for breakfast infront of other guests. i had to then stand and search over a load of emails to find proof. This wasn't good and not my fault the hotel cant have accurate lists. Then to doubt a guest infront of other guests was ridiculous behaviour. Get your facts right before making challenges because the fault could very easily be at your end. Check your system first before embarrassing a guest in front of others this behaviour is very unprofessional and poor.

We stayed for 4 nights. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned after 3 nights. I didn't need the beds changed just bins emptied and glasses etc removed. Also we happened to be there during a heat wave so room and especially corridor was stiflingly hot.

We really enjoyed the size of the room, the power behind the shower, the dinner and breakfast provided. The location was perfect to get to Legoland from. The staff were all extremely friendly.

It was too hot in the room. It was roasting hot and there was no way to cool it off. The room had a single fan that managed to circulate the hot air but did nothing to cool us off. The hotel definitely needs to invest in air conditioning. Especially as the summers are getting hotter now.

Very pleasant room with fridge and tea making facilities. Breakfast very tasty. There was a bar with indoor and outdoor seating. Parking was just outside the hotel. Because the hotel was on the university campus there was no road noise. The windows opened Short walk to a bus stop into Uxbridge where the Metropolitan line takes you straight to Wembley

Air conditioning would have been nice as we were there in 32 deg temperatures but there was a fan and the windows opended.

The room was perfect for a couple with 1-3 children. Plenty of space and a wonderfully spacious bathroom. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the breakfast was good and well stocked, you can order your own style of eggs and they will make them freshly for you.

The quality of the linen was not good, very synthetic and made us all sweaty and clammy NO AIR CONDITIONING which was not an issue for us but could be for hot days, there was a large fan in the room however.

The room was great. The location of the hotel is inside the university campus and in this time of the year, it was really calm and quiet. The staff were really nice. We did not try the dining options as we only stayed for a day. However, the food and menus looked pretty nice. Parking was free however you might have to search for spots during peak times but it was not that hard.

I did not dislike anything during our stay.

Very. Comfortable and location perfect to get to the office quickly. It was a little noisy with other visitors speaking loudly in the hallways and letting door slam however once I fell asleep, I was never woken until the morning so will stay again and bed was very comfortable. It was obviously busy when I stayed as struggled to find parking outside the hotel, staff were very helpful to allow me to bring in my luggage before having to move my car.

Room was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4 Bathroom was a very good size Breakfast was good and had the essentials Parking was just outside so convenient Room was a little warm but they provided a standing fan so that was helpful

Picking up keys from security office after hours was a little out of the way but the booking welcome email was clear and hence the detour was expected,

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It's a nice place, the staff are great, it's very clean and the Brunel University campus (which the hotel is on) is very nice, with lots of green and trees. It's also convenient for Heathrow (about a 20 minute bus ride). The last time I stayed here I moaned in my review about how there wasn't a bedside light. And this time there was a bedside light! Thank you :)

The room itself is pretty basic (well, this one was). The bed is big and comfortable, which of course is great, but there is only a little space to manouver around the side of the bed. There is a little table and a chair, but most of the table space is already taken up by the (very welcome) kettle and tea bags and milk. So if you want to work using your laptop, you're probably going to do it sitting on the bed.

Amazing staff and room was so clean and tidy, Teas and coffees and biscuits as complimentary as we really enjoyed having them using the kettle

Location was a bit complicated but still an amazing location inside the green park of the university campus Room has windows but you cannot open it as it’s office style, only the bathroom window can be opened which was still letting a bit of fresh air flow inside the room
