The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from restaurants, cafes, and markets. It’s a modern, newly built property with clean, spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for longer stays. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, keeping the room cool and comfortable even during the hottest days. We also had a beautiful view from our room. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and good — a great way to start the day. Overall, fair value for money with everything you need nearby.

The promotional pictures show beach sunbeds, but in reality, there are none available — only a public beach is located in front of the hotel, with no private sunbeds provided. As for the pool area, sunbeds are “reserved” as early as 7 a.m. with towels, even though no one is actually using them, and the staff makes no effort to intervene or enforce fair use. Although the pool area displays rules such as no shouting, no jumping, and no bombing, these are routinely ignored, and once again, staff do nothing to enforce them, resulting in a noisy and chaotic atmosphere. The so-called “private parking” is actually an improvised lot on a nearby construction site, far from what one would expect based on the hotel’s description.

The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was fabulous. In general, we were very satisfied with their services, hardworking staff, spacious and clean rooms, private parking, air conditioning, high-speed internet.

1. It is necessary to equip the room with an ironing device. 2. Renting two sun beds and an umbrella on the beach in front of the hotel costs 40 euros per day. I don't know to what extent the hotel and the beach administrators could negotiate a discount for their own clients.

Breakfast very good. Sea view room very nice, complimentary bottle of water and Rose wine in room on arrival. Ample parking, friendly staff.

My biggest gripe with this and most other hotels is that guests are permitted to reserve a pool longer with a towel. I saw people up at 6.30 am reserving 3 or 4 beds. A simple solution where I have seen this before, is for staff to fold these towels, put on table beside bed and leave printed note that this is not permitted. I only got to use the pool loungers after 4pm, went to the beach instead. Drinks expensive at bar.

* a few basic items were missing in the kitchen * safe was locked * parking outside All of the above was resolved very quickly by the staff. It is a matter of expectation of a 4 star facilities and affects a bit first impression.

Wi-fi pretty good, exceeded my low expectations anyway. Air conditioning in the suite working great and easy to control. The superior suite has direct access to the pool area, which was very nice. There is even a kids pool and a kids area (closed) which is attended every day 11:00-19:00. A gym is also available. It's not crazy equipped, but it has everything you need to do a good workout. Breakfast was superb, the croissants are to die for :D

Cleaning was not as frequent as we would have wanted, but not a big issue. Some of the tiles in the pool bar area were messed up and were falling in when you step on them so I almost hurt myself pretty badly one time :D suggestion to the resort management to fix that asap. The beaches directly in front of the resort were not that nice, we ended up going to the public beach Biloševac a little bit up the street every day, this one was nice.

My room was surprisingly upgraded to a Deluxe 2-bedroom sea side view, and I’m super grateful for that. The breakfasts were various and tasty. The beach is less than a min walk from the hotel’s restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel

The parking was paid, but usually the parkings are free in hotels. If you want to do your laundry, the service is not available in the hotel, but they can order from a third-party service which charges per a piece of clothing. The room cleaning was every day, but a couple of times I noticed that the floor on the kitchen was not cleaned or vacuumed at all, all crumps were on the floor under the dining table (we have two little kids)

It’s not a cons, just nice to have: No wine opener 😆 Shampoo holder was stolen 🙂 Swimming pool light didn’t work 😔 A bit unpleasant surprise was: 91 EUR bill during checkout for car parking (8 EUR per day, why it wasn’t during check in ?!), child chair (5 eur per day , nobody said it’s not for free). Nevertheless in general it’s great place to stay!

A room with a kitchen served us perfectly. We have a small baby so it's convenient to prepare some meals on site. Cleaning service quick and flexible when it comes to the hour. Nice sea view (though ours a bit blocked by a building).

Location was a bit outside the city. Good grocery store was a bit away.

The Best restaurant with great food and great, nice personel in it. Hours of great time on chats there with very friendly personel in the restaurant. Also very helpful always with smile (best regards to Adi and Mirko). Delicious breakfests, drinks, and lunches (one of the best in my opinion). Nice pools with bar next to one of them. Great personel in hotel as well, very helpful. Without any problems they help with anything you need and gives advise about Makarska. Very nice view from balcony on the sea, pools and palms. In few word - great time there and we'll Come back there next year.
