The room was exactly as described! The king-sized bed & large, firm pillows were beautiful to lay in and we're now thinking of getting one ourselves! 😂 We came down for NYE and mostly just relaxed the whole time. Restauratns & shopping areas are a short 5-15 minute walk up the street, with some grocery & retail stores for if you're ever in need of any clothes or products. The kitchenette came with a microwave, kettle, and even a toaster, so there's plenty of room for making your own breakfasts or even dinners. There's also a BBQ down by the pool area. The location is very quiet, great soundproofing with the walls/windows. It's also very private with some great views. Would definitely consider coming back again.

I understand it's only a small pool, but for the love of god PLEASE invest in some heating 🤣 It's the middle of summer and even on those really warm days, the pool was like an icebath. We also didn't have some of those colored tokens in our room. I think we had a red and a green? But no coloured token to request for the room to be made. We're pretty neat travellers though so we kept making our bed and washing our own dishes, but having the option to have the room made for some fresh towels/plates etc. would have also been nice. 🙂

The property is well located, easy to find and most importantly clean and tidy. The room was spacious and adequate. The bed was comfy and all amenities required, were provided. A very pleasant stay which we would certainly do again if we were travelling in the area. Cathy’s Malaysian restaurant is an excellent bonus with delicious Malaysian cuisine. I would definitely recommend this motel to my family friends 😊😊

Great location, at the end of the shopping strip and opposite the water

The place is older and could do with a facelift. There was no shampoo or conditioner supplied, and the bodywash in the shower was hard to operate Also, the security remote to the door was talking Chinese as well as the TV remote, and as I only speak English, that was hard to figure out Apart from that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

No contact check in and check out made arrival and departure incredibly easy. Room was clean, tidy, had USB charging ports on one side of the bed, and a lovely view of the water with the fishing boats going out in the morning.

Noise from neighbouring rooms carried a bit.

Room was spacious and clean. It was only a 5-10 walk to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. there is a restaurant on site. Pool was great, good size and clean. Room also had crockery and cutlery.

Clean and aired. Quiet at night. Good towel rails and hooks for hanging clothes in bathroom. Comfy bed. Good amount of space.

Shower door doesn't close. Curtain rods hard to reach and curtains need re-hanging at centre. Some noise in plumbing - probably when guests flush toilet/s.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and it was located at the edge of town. The only reason i gave the location a lower score as it was a fair walk from the footbridge to the beach but apart from this great value for money and very clean

Easy after hour access to clean comfortable room. There is an Asian Restaurant onsite with nice meals at competitive prices. There are a number of other restaurants within walking distance of the Motel.

Excellent value for money, perfect location, clean and beds were super comfortable - would definitely stay there again. Loved the easy self check in and checkout.

The only thing I might suggest, it could do with a bottle opener for an afternoon beer sitting on the balcony overlooking the Lakes …or you can just take you own.

Great location, so easy to walk to everything. Thought about guests wanting to wash or dry clothes and have installed a line across the width of the bathroom including the shower recess. Excellent value for money. Access with passcode instead of key. Great info inside the room
