Lovely area, excellent, hard-working staff, friendly and efficient. Eager to please. Delicious food. Very tasty breakfasts with good choice of cooked options. Bedroom very comfortable and well-equipped. Beautiful garden with plenty of seating.

Hints to help you! Poor wi-fi coverage. Electrics and water temperature a bit erratic in places (extremely hot weather?). Although bed very comfy, a wider one would have been much appreciated and excellent bedside furniture could have been re-arranged to fit it. Fruit and meusli available beside the cereals provided at breakfast. Overall, however, a very pleasing stay.

The host was an object lesson in hospitality. This was matched by both senior and junior staff. It was pleasant to see the right recruitment, training and attitude matched throughout the team. It's a vibrant, well run venue that appeared to service all the happy patrons here by being friendly and professional. The venue is a pleasant village Inn that has it's price points correctly pitched all round. I would be very comfortable staying here again.

The room was very warm on arrival, however the addition of a fan was most welcome and useful. The vibrant outside eating area was right outside my ground floor room, however the noise was more that people were politely enjoying themselves rather than being irritating and everything just ceased right on time for sleeping. The well appointed and comfortable room would be even better with the shower tray freshly resealed and a small shelf in the cubicle. What was lacking in breakfast buffet options was made up by the excellent cooked option.

Quality and professionalism of staff. We arrived unavoidably late but restaurant and kitchens remained open for us thereby earning our eternal gratitude for rescuing what could have been a disastrous evening. Evening meal was very good for all in our small group. Wine list interesting and young Portugese wine offered most pleasant. Accommodation and environment very good. Breakfast excellent and I would certainly recommend this establishment.

Bathroom had a very small shelf so close to the wash basin that it made operating the tap system extremely difficult. Everything else marvellous.

Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Dining room staff attentive but not intrusive. Spotlessly clean good-sized room, with French windows opening onto the garden. Comfortable bed, quiet, and good curtains so we slept very well. Good wifi signal. All the facilities we needed for a short stay. Adequate off road parking even during a bank holiday weekend. Stylish dining room. Excellent food and service for both dinner and breakfast.

The shower water could have been hotter in the morning, but I guess we used it at peak demand. I gave "only" 3 out of 4 for Location but need to explain. The location was perfect for our needs. but apart from Elgar's birthplace I am not sure what else there is to do nearby. We did not have time to explore.

This was my first time staying here , whilst visiting family mid way between arriving from Hong Kong on route to New York for work . The room was really comfortable, and the bed mattress was exceptional ! Perfect hot shower and a great nights sleep in peaceful surroundings ! The following morning , my father joined me for breakfast which was served and cooked to perfection . The only constructive remarks I gave to the manager was that the bathroom needed a shelf on which to place toiletries and that there needed to be either an accessible plug near the dressing table or for the table to be relocated nearest a plug socket . My career is based on developing luxury brand hotels around the worked , so overall my stay here was more than excellent ! Will definitely be returning during my travels again ! Well done to the owners and team here

Set in a gorgeous, rural part of Worcester, the Bluebell Inn is a pub with rooms which curve round the lovely garden area. The cooked breakfast is excellent. Our only complaint is that there wasn’t any fruit offered on the buffet table. We ate in the pub restaurant on the first night and the food was truly exception, particularly the seafood sharing platter which we had as a starter. Well done, The Bluebell!!

The weather was hot, and the room was a bit stuffy. We could have opened the garden door, but didn’t for security reasons. They did, however, provide a fan.

I had a three-course dinner on Sunday night, which was delicious and a good portion sizes. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and (as I am disabled), very respectful of my health conditions. Breakfast was excellent, and again, plenty of it. I believe that the produce was locally sourced, and even the sausages (I don't normally like sausages) were really tasty!

Three *minor* things: 1. As I was there for work, I can't say that I liked the Wi-Fi. It was a little patchy and not secure, but (that latter issue) was overcome by the liberal use of a VPN. 2. A very subjective view, but I would have like d to see a slightly larger selection of real ale in the bar. 3. The rooms open up onto the beer garden, which, in itself, is nice, however, for about an hour, there were children playing right outside the garden door which was slightly annoying when I was trying to work, and I felt I had to close my curtains once I realised thy were staring through the door!

It's easily one of the best places I have ever eaten. The food was absolutely amazing, and they were able to cater to my partners celiac disease without any issue. The staff were ALL so perfect and engaging and really pleasant. The decor of the pub itself was beautifully crafted with some wonderful wallpaper and pictures on the walls. This made it a really cosy feel when sitting to eat. Thank you to all the staff

I didn't not like anything. I only marked the comfortably one as a 9 as the room, albeit lovely, was just very basic, so it wasn't really anything overly fancy. This does not in any way take away from the fact that this place is definitely worth a visit. I would happily stay again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Loved everything, that's why we keep going back. Can't tell you how disappointed we are if we can't get in on the dates we want. Love the food, love the staff, love the bar and love the layout. Location is great. If the weather is good sitting outside, being able to meet up with family to have a drink is just lovely. Nothing for children to play on to keep them occupied but plenty of room for them to run around

I wouldn't say it's a dislike but we travel from Manchester to meet family with young children so it would be great if there was some large outdoor things for the children to play on.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Dewdrop. Our room was extremely comfortable and very clean and had all we needed. TV had netflix and BBC iplayer. The restaurant was small but very nice and the food was excellent. It's slightly pricer than the nearby Bell Inn but it was good quality and well presented. Also hot . The breakfast was very good and plenty of it . Just loved the homemade Granola . The Dewdrop was convenient for visiting Worcester, Bewdley, and surrounding towns and countryside. A very nice break.
