There is no breakfast, but really happy when they upgraded our room. The room is so spacious and very clean. Location on the event where we go is really excellent as very close as in walking distance from ADNEC.

We went & use the pool around 9am and towels are not available. We kept on telling the staff on duty and he keeps on saying its coming. But then that coming means we had waited more than 1hr to have that as it came around past 10am. By that time, we already decided to go back to the room as we are feeling cold as we cant dry ourselves. Also, the night we stay there we went out the hotel to explore the city and we ask our car with the valley attendant and he said okay they will take our car. Past 10mins we did not got our car so my husband followed it up and we came to know that no one attended to our car. If my husband did not followed up they will not get it and hence my husband got angry to the attendant.

The room. It was way more enough for 2 persons. Kitchen - has it all so, you don't need to bring any kitchenware. Bathroom - good thing that there were 2 showers. The space was big too. Living room - oh my gosh! Big space! You will be confortable and there are 2 tv's. One in living room and in the bedroom. Parking - they have valet parking so no need to worry where to park. Recommend to stay in this hotel.

Reception. Most of the time it was empty. There's a long queu already but no one is assisting us. It doesnt look good if the reception is empty.

Studio was nice and spacious, nice swimming pool too. Great to have oven, washing machine, microwave and ironing machine. They really had almost everything you need for a good stay. Supermarket was also very close.

No hair dryer in the room. I also asked for cleaning and the housekeeping didn't come, I had to ask for it again in the evening and that wasn't nice.

Great location, clean room, amazing view, quick and easy check in, fast housekeeping, that is leaving plenty of drinking water.

In the studio there were no cooking things, such as pans, pots and knives, only cutlery. I needed to request it. For the first 2 nights in a bath there was rusty water, but it improved on a last night. Maybe the room or the bath is not used that often, so it's understandable.

Perfect place to sty in Abu Dhabi especially if travelling with family. V nicely decorated and spacious one bedroom. Kitchen was fully equipped with all required utensils to cook meals. Ideal place if you are in abu dhabi to attend the exhibitions at ADNEC or even otherwise. A supermarket is just next to the hotel for easier shopping of groceries etc. Mr. Ali at the front desk was very courteous and kind.

The staff are nice especially patrick in concierge the filipino guy!! He deserves to be promoted as FO. He really knows how to accommodate guests bravo! It’s our first time in your property and we stayed for three days and I love it we will definitely come back. the interior is top notch!

Not the best location, reception a bit slow maybe it was a busy time I don’t know. Parking spots for the hotel usually full. Had to go through Valet and they can be a bit slow to bring your car.
