The hotel is located close to BKK airport. It is a big hotel with excellent rooms that are spacious, clean and well appointed. The pool, coffee shop and grounds are all lovely.

The hotel breakfast was very expensive, especially give the limited variety. The staff were also not very forth coming with local places near the hotel where we could grab some food. We found an excellent place right outside the hotel, for food a fraction of the cost.

Reasonably priced hotel, not far from Suvarnabhumi airport. Check in was very easy. Was allowed to check in a couple of hours early at no additional cost. Room was very nice, clean and fresh, overlooking the pool. Room size OK, bed comfortable. Good sized modern TV, plenty of local channels and a few foreign ones. Wi-Fi worked well. Small bathroom but perfectly adequate. Bed very comfortable however the 'double' bed was actually 2 x singles pushed together so had to be careful not to fall down the small gap between the 2 x mattresses. Didn't try breakfast but looked OK. Area OK, plenty of places to eat close by. Couple of massage shops around also. Shuttle bus is provided to take you to the airport but didn't use it. Overall, a good stay. Will stay again.

Everything was OK. Didn't have any issues at all during our 1 night stay at the hotel.

Clean hotel And kind staff

I paid an extra room charge to check in early because i was exhausted from an overnight trainride. No sooner had i fallen aslee than the cleaning staff started banging things around and dragging furniture across the floor in the room next door. They had one, placed me in a room next to the staff and two, possibly failed to tell the staff i checked in early or was there at all. I was a little angry and relayed it I guess i also lost baht equivalent to a normal hotel stay for an early check in for rest i was prohibited from doing. Resteraunt and drinks very expensive but there are othet places to go Other than that, a10

Everything was clean and a very helpful staff was always around. Breakfast had a great selection and was very good. Pool was good. Also good location and area to stroll around in more local Thailand with food courts and small restaurants.

Things which were indeed negative was the extreme bad and fluctuating WIFI! If you need to work or download emails or get into the web it's a nightmare. This would in fact make.me not staying again in this hotel. Secondly they had pigeons sitting outside the windows on the various floors and this was annoying as the hotel was clean but the window front and pool bar was not clean. Strange! A thing I personally wondered and would change as an employer that my very friendly and competent personal would get at least an office chair or stool, so they don't need to stand there all day at the front desk..

We booked one night as a stopover near the airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport (extra cost for arrival, free for departure) worked perfectly. We opted for early check-in (+800 Baht). The pool was clean, with plenty of sun and shaded lounge areas. The staff was friendly.

Drinks at the pool bar were about four times more expensive than elsewhere, so I’d think twice before ordering or consider bringing my own. We had requested early check-in and the free airport shuttle in advance and received confirmation. However, when we reconfirmed at the hotel, it turned out that the arrangements hadn’t been properly noted. It wasn’t an issue as there was still space on the airport shuttle, but it’s best to double-check everything upon arrival to be on the safe side.

For an airport hotel I didn’t expect it to be so cute! The multi building layout and pool area landscaping make it feel like a chill apartment complex or social club. We were so grateful for a refreshing pool swim after a hot day and a flight; appreciated that they keep it open until 21:00 and were flexible with the closure time. Our upgraded room was more of a large apartment, with a king bed, smart TV, full bathtub and rain shower. Liberal amounts of bottled water in the room. Lots of street food and 7-11 nearby and the front desk will take food delivery orders for you. Breakfast had a nice spread with a mix of Asian and western options. Little coffee bar in the lobby serving Starbucks. Super friendly and helpful staff with easy check in and check out.

It’s a little far from BKK by car, about a 200thb taxi ride. That wasn’t a big deal for us, but a free shuttle might be nice.

The room was fantastic, good size, comfy bed, good wifi and tv. They are not sound proof as you can hear when people are walking down the hallways (it echoes) and you can hear your neighbours in the adjoining rooms. Staff are all excellent. Breakfast was pretty good, not as large as what I would have expected from a five star hotel. It was adequate. They have a station for making all kinds of eggs, there is fruit, some bread and pastries, not much cereal. There is no fresh coffee, just an automatic machine, but they do have a Starbucks in the lobby of the hotel so that makes up for it. The hot food at the breakfast was more suited to halal and asian cuisine, so you won't find bacon and sausages. There are plenty of places to eat along the road, a 7 Eleven across the road, as well as a good coffee shop near 7 Eleven called Dirty Cafe.

I would have preferred more variety on the breakfast and room service a bit later (finishes at 9.30pm), and as I mentioned I prefer sound proof rooms. These aren't big problems, because the hotel is so close to the airport I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is as good as new so most was in prime condition (nov 22) The food in the restaurant was well taken care of. Very close to the airport and took only 5 minutes after check out to get a taxi.

Empty fridge in the room even though it was advertised to have a mini bar.

Good size room, with nice pool and canal view (block E). loved the outdoor tables and gardens at night for dinner, we had salmon, and it was great. Loved all the different little areas you could find a seat or nook to relax or meet with friends/family. Quick and easy to get to the airport, less than 10 minutes door to door on the 5am free shuttle. It takes a bit longer from airport, maybe 10-15 minutes. Planes do fly over, but rooms seem to be well insulated so not a concern. I will definitely stay again.

Not enough free shuttles to the airport per day.

The bed was firm and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was real quiet and it felt as though we were the only people staying on our floor. Even though planes are flying overhead, we could barely hear them in our room. The grounds and pool were clean and well maintained. Bottled water and toilet paper were delivered daily, even if the room wasn’t serviced. Very close to the hotel. The a/c was quiet and blew cold all night.

The food served after breakfast hours was less than desirable. The cocktails didn’t seem to have much, if any, alcohol in them so beer was the main option. There were a lot of mosquitos in the dining area. Street construction outside of the grounds made it difficult to get to our hotel in the afternoon/evening - we ended up exiting the cab and walking part of the way at times because it was faster.
