Good evening! As usual in recent years, in the fall I came to visit the city of Passau. (we have been coming for 18 years, every year). In the last 3 years, I came to this hotel in the apartment on the ground floor because I appreciated the fact that it has an exit in front of the apartment, in the garden and it is very quiet. The apartment was spacious, clean and we felt very comfortable in it... we stayed in the afternoon after coming from a walk, with a lot of pleasure in the garden to relax in the fresh air.. The breakfast was very good...and when I say that, it really was. Congratulations to the hotel management, as well as the entire staff! Everything was very good, including the fact that the parking lot was in the hotel yard. We liked the location, we liked the city (as usual, we also took a walk along the banks of the Danube and the Inn river. Congratulations to the hotel management and congratulations to all the hotel staff!

Every year since 2006, we come in autumn to visit the city of Passau because we like it very much. I stayed in a comfortable apartment, on the ground floor with an exit to a small terrace with a table and two chairs. It was nice to spend the evening outside in front of the apartment. The staff at the reception was very kind. The breakfast was very good and varied. The meatballs were very good. I liked that there was also watermelon and melon as fresh fruits. The coffee was very good.

The door to the terrace had a strange way to open it...you had to push/press it, then turn a small knob...this was difficult...it didn't have a normal handle...but the person from the reception from the afternoon program (a young man) was very kind and helped us several times with great kindness. We thank him!

Front desk staff friendly. Good grocery store with a short walk has seating areas for eating. Brick oven pizza at Padu, across the street, was very good.

Small room on noisy street, above parking lot with tables for smokers and loud talkers late into the night. Frequent ambulance sirens. Beware of weekday loud road construction. Room: basic: no tea kettle, no fridge, and one plastic glass for two people, stained carpet. Saw bottles of water on housekeeping cart, but wasn’t included in our room. If you want breakfast, book ahead because price is prohibitive onsite. Given quotes of 14-17e pp. Bottom line: would try somewhere else. Note to cyclists: hotel is 2k uphill from the train station.

We liked everything. Location is very quiet but still easily reachable from the city center. The first time we took a taxi which cost 10 EU, there are also several bus lines passing through but we preferred to take a stroll along the river and it took about twenty minutes to be in the center. Our apartment was very clean, with very comfortable beds, big bathroom with a bathtub, outside terrace, electrical kettle, selection of teas and coffe to prepare. Breakfast was absolutely great too. And there is a very nice Italian pizza/pasta restaurant just across the street.

Excellent People.. Everyone is so nice and friendly.. Honestly very good service..Hotel itself is basically great for the price I payed.. Breakfast is Superior.. Fresh everything every day..Great value.. Don't Advertise Souna because there is not one there but I found great sauna world not far away from there..

Good budget hotel with friendly staff . Secure underground parking and good breakfast buffet

The rooms are outdated and there were some stains on the walls . Given the fact that the price wasn’t astronomical I would still recommend it if you’re looking for a budget friendly stay in the area.

Comfortable room with sofa and a table is big enough, breakfast was fine and we were able to park our car in the garage to protect it from snow. The location is very good with close access everywhere by foot, when walking isn’t a problem for guests.

The bed was too soft, there was a kettle available but coffee wasn’t provided, just tea. Sometimes it is better to have even a paid option, than not to have it at all.

This hotel is good for a functional stay. Rooms are big, there is a breakfast, elevator and parking.

It is old hotel but functional. Facilities are outdated and I would not recommend it for leasure. However if you need to just over sleep it's a good option.

Huge room or let me say appartment! There were french bad plus sofa and armchair, so it was a great room! Clean comfortable with french windows!

I had to move the armchair to the door, the wifi was not pnetrating threough the steel reinforced concrete walss :).!

It s a dated interior but pretty well mentained Shower riser needs replacement No coffee or kettle or fridge in the room No air con We feel we paid for all these actually just not having them
