Excellent location in city centre Palermo, walking distance of main tourist attractions. Safe parking paid extra of accommodation. Lovely tasty breakfast with plenty of choices. Big room, very clean and cleaned daily. Good wifi and facilities, beautiful Christmas decorations. Friendly staff very helpful went beyond expectation to make our 3 nights stay very nice, really appreciated. Grazie!

Very rich and tasty breakfast. Very convenient location for walking in the main street of the City. There is an easy bus transfer with 101 and 102 from the Palermo Centrale.

Fabulous stay. Perfect location, wonderful comfortable clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing roof terrace bar and restaurant. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Absolutely faultless stay, highly recommended.

Location was good - just on the edge of the new and old parts of town. The best part of this hotel was the roof top bar which was a fabulous place for a before or after dinner drink, although on our last night we also ate here and the food was absolutely delicious. Nice staff and of course a great view.

Our room was on the small side and I thought rather underwhelmingly furnished at first but then it grew on me a bit! The hotel seemed quite newly refurbished and our room was kept very clean. It’s noisy and polluted out there in Palermo so needed to keep the bedroom’s double glazed door to the little balcony shut nearly all the time. Breakfast was ok but could improve with some decent fresh bread.

We’ve just come back from a four-night stay at this hotel as a family of four with two children aged 8 & 12. The family room with the TV/ Wall partition was perfect and we slept really comfortably. The location is perfect. I’m not going to elaborate on that - check Google maps and you’ll see that for yourself. Better still, have an evening at the hotel’s rooftop bar with the view and you’ll see the evidence! The bar staff were lovely by the way. The staff are good at this hotel but I must give a special mention to Orazio (apologies if I have misspelt your name) who served us breakfast. He was such a professional who showed the highest standards and level of attention. Thank you, Orazio, much appreciated.

It would have been great if they had a swimming pool but that wasn't an important reason behind the purpose of this trip i.e. a city-break to explore a new place and experience the culture etc.

We made this our "base" as we went on a cruise and then DIY itinerary around Sicily. It was perfect cause you can leave your luggage with used clothes with them while you go on another trip. Its also near lots of shops and restaurants. And a good pin location accessible to uber drivers.

Wonderful location, cordial staff, excellent housekeeping, loved our room, excellent value. So many points of interest were accessible from the hotel.

Staffing did not seem to include business concierge services. Perhaps this is more common to hotels in other countries and I was asking too much.

We loved the location which was close to the cathedral, piazza di Politeama and the shopping district. Also the rooftop restaurant was nice.

We had a tough time finding a place to park to drop off our luggage. We drove around for 45 minutes down narrow streets until we finally found a place to pull over and then had to walk to the hotel to let them know of our dilemma. We were told that guests would receive a complimentary cocktail on the rooftop restaurant but when we presented our letter confirming that, we were told that we misunderstood and had to pay for both drinks.

Nice location, the hotel looks new or was just renovated. The room had a nice size and pleasant view. Breakfast was top notch, very very good. Friendly staff as well.

Apparently the hotel had a bar, which nobody told us about. A lot of the information seemed not available unless you asked explicitly for it.

Unfortunately in a very busy location on a road junction and because the air con was not switched on by the hotel, the room was very hot because you could not open the window at night due to the noise of the traffic! Did complain and they said they would fix. Think it could be a seasonal thing when the hotel switched on the air con?! In the end, they didn’t charge us for the mini bar drinks we had as compensation which was worth about £10 which was something I suppose. Lovely staff at the hotel though 🙂
