Good value for money, nice hotel, central position. I was able to store my luggage there for few hours, staff was very kind room was clean. I felt safe and when I closed the window, I haven't heard any noise from the street. From my previous experience in a near by hotel, I can say it is noisy around there.

Small things such as stains on the carpet, the stains are red dots on a grey carpet, I see they tried to clean something, but this should be replaced in a 4* hotel. There was no rack/hook for the big towel and there were no cotton pads in the room. Air refreshner in the whole hotel would be nice too.

I loved how close it was to the central station and how easy it was to get to. Very easy to get anywhere from the hotel and I had a lovely view of the city from my hotel room. Really wonderful experience at this hotel and the staff were lovely, accommodating and friendly. I stayed at many hotels during my trip and this was by far the best hotel in stayed in :)

Nothing in particular. The mattress in my bed felt like it was dipping so there were times I felt like I was rolling out of the bed, but despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and would defo stay again!

This hotel is located in the city center, just by the train station. Rooms are spacious and clean and quiet. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food, breakfast was included in the price of the room we booked for small additional cost. Otherwise you have to pay £14pp i think which is a bit steep. There are shops/fast food right outside the hotel. And promenade with more shops and restaurants is just across the street.

Hotel doesn't have a carpark, you can park in a secure underground city carpark we paid €12 per night. Its a 2min walk from the hotel. Its convinient but worth a mention if for eg you travel on your own I would be wary walking back to the car at night or very early morning on my own. When we arrived the city was very busy, a lot of drunk people(maybe there was an event somewhere I don't know) and the train station (by the hotel) and surroundings looked bit run down and messy. Lidl(next to the hotel) was the worst looking Lidl I've seen (it was very busy tho). This has nothing to do with the hotel of course but surroundings are important especially if you travel solo:)

On Easter morning, each guestroom got a chocolate bunny at the door. It is the very first time in my traveler life.

The hotel has one very weak point: own parking places. Has only 10 for a hotel with more than 150 rooms. There are around some public parkings, but there are also a lot of other hotels in the area with no parkings. So...... Also the hotel has 2 elevators and one has been out of order for my staying time. The hotel has 11 floors

The hotel is located next to the railway station and the city centre. All the highlights and shopping centres are on walking distance, even the fabulous Folkwang Museum. As a consequence of a cetral location, there is some rumour of homeless people near the station. The room is complete with a good bed and a well equipped bathroom. Safe parking next to hotel.

If anything, the bed is far too short. My wife and I measure 1.80mtrs and the bed is only 1.90 mtrs long

The rooms were very nice and the front desk was very helpful. They let us check in just a little earlier than normal check in! And the check out being at 12pm was super nice! Being right by the train station was also super amazing! And the noise does not come into the room when your window is closed! There was some construction going on right outside the hotel which impacts parking but they have a gated parking that is locked for you to park in!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed and extra pillows were great, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Despite being right next to the main train station, it was very quiet and easy to reach.

There was no minibar or safe, which might be a downside for some guests.

We stayed here to get easy access to the Schalke arena for a concert. It was very convenient as the hotel is located a 2 minute walk from the main station. Trains are running until late at night so it was easy for us to travel around. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was fine.

The consistency of Premier Inn experience. We had an issue with the room when we checked inn and were immediately moved to another one without any fuss. All the staff we encountered were friendly and efficient. Location made the logistics of our trip easy but the soundproofing is excellent so you don't hear the trains.

The location was 2 minutes from easen train station. The bed was very comfortable, Nice lobby Very nice and helpful receptionists - especially Zillka and Uvan.

The room they put me in was very loud and noisy and it ruined my first night but after I approached them , they handled it , moved me to a different room and helped fix my staying. -no room cleaning, only towels by request
