Our hotel room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great location - a very short walk to get to Broadway street. A lot of amenities close by.

When we first arrived, we were charged the full amount for our room. I thought that I had already paid for it, but they told me I hadn’t. When we got up to the room, I double checked and discovered that I had paid for it when I booked it. It did all work out okay, but involved going down to the front desk on three separate occasions to make sure that the second charge would be taken off of my credit card. Parking Tip - this hotel offers valet parking. I believe that it is $60 for 24 hours. We discovered that they park the vehicles in a parkade around the corner on McGavock Street. You can park your vehicle in the same parkade for $30 for 24 hours.

The location is perfect! 10 minute walk from the main Broadway bars but far enough away that you don't get the noise. The Gulch is a nice area with bars, restaurants and shops. Milk & Honey is a couple of minutes walk away and is amazing for breakfast, brunch & lunch. The room was perfect, big with a large picture window looking out over the city and blackout curtains. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Staff were lovely and helpful. We didn't eat or drink here but the bar and lobby were lovely, very stylish.

The location was good to Broadway. The valet was nice and prompt.

We called the front desk asking for more coffee k-cups since there was only regular coffee. I called TWICE requesting from the front desk before my husband had to go down and get them. They did not offer complimentary coffee either. The room was small and not very lite up with the lights they offered. I had called prior to arriving on the cost of valet parking since that was all that was available and was advised $55.00 -- but when we arrived it was $60 probably due to their grand opening events happening. The cost for damages held per night was $100.00/night which was very high - most places $50-$100 or the complete stay.

Location was great. Very walkable to the Bridgestone for a concert, to the riverfront, to the Frist art museum and plenty of coffee and food options nearby! The staff of the hotel were very friendly and the rooms were exceptionally clean.

I thought I booked a 2 queen room (I'm sure it was my mistake), but got a 2 doubles room, so I was a little surprised that the room was smaller than I expected. It worked fine, as we were travelling with our two children, but it was a small room.

Went out for breakfast. The location was ideal for us. Lovely hotel. Not far far to walk to the very lively side of Nashville.

We were charged on arrival for our stay at the hotel and we were not told. After checking my account, they had taken full payment which had already been prepaid by us on January 7th. We were told that it would take 3-5 days for it to be refunded, it has been 10 days and we still awaiting the refund.

The hotel was a nice establishment and the staff was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was immense. The lobby bar was nice, and it was pretty close to some good places.

Being "walked" to a less welcoming establishment the first night because we booked on Booking, even though we had booked 3 months in advance. Not a big fan of the practice and it is making us think twice before we book that particular hotel again.

Modern, cool features. Easy check/check out. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff, great service/good recommendations. Held luggage. Still close enough to Broadway to walk for a little hike

Not great water pressure but suitable. Elevator stopped working/no explanation (alarm test?). Didn't like needing to use room card to pick floor. Small rooms/ceiling not finished (is new). Night light in bathroom shuts off automatically. Pillows are very soft (unless you like that).

We love everything about this place! The staff were so friendly, serviceminded and helpful! We wished for a nice view and it was beautiful and the room was superclean and had everything we could wish for! Especially thanks to Kelvin in the reception who wholeheartedly helped us out with phone calls and rental-car-struggles. It means a lot and we really approciate it when you’re lost in another country! Forever grateful and we will be back!

Convenient location to all the downtown Nashville experiences

I could hear everything from foot traffic inside the hotel to the outdoor traffic (outside traffic I totally understand). The noise of people entering and exiting their rooms around us sounded like they were coming in and out of our room (so much so that I would check the door to make sure no one was entering my room by accident). Also, we were not provided hand soap.

Staff was amazing. So helpful upon arrival! Valet staff was friendly even though we didn’t have a car. But every time we waited for a Lyft, they were super friendly. Good ambiance in lobby. Good long mirrors in rooms. Best hair dryer I’ve seen in a room in a while. Also great new fridge. Good housekeeping. Close 5 min Lyft to so many places

Wish there was bottled water in room. Room is much smaller compared to others. Very low lighting in entire room.
