This property had mixed reviews. I gave it a try. I’m glad I did. It was really good for me. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient for what I needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. I stayed here for two weeks. Full size refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stovetop, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, coffee maker made it very convenient.

It’s not brand new. It’s not perfect, but it certainly isn’t a dump. I would not stay here with my wife.

The suite was exceptionally large and comfortable, similar to a studio apartment. The air/heat was easy to manage and kept a comfortable temperature. Parking was ample, and the parking area was well-lit and felt safe.

I arrived just after 3 p.m. with a reservation after an 8-hour drive and was told that I would be charged a fee for early check-in. This felt like a blatant gouge as well as adversarial and punitive to travelers. Exhausted, I checked in with the $15 penalty, and also decided in that moment that this would be my last time at this hotel where I've stayed many times over the years.

I loved how clean it was the bed was really comfortable the bathroom was really clean they even provide shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower it's really convenient in case you forget anything

I would have to say there's only two things that I didn't like but the pillows were super super soft and for me it's just not comfortable and then just because it was a three-story hotel there was a lot of noise from other guests but that's to be expected but that's the only thing I can say about it that was a little negative

Our room was clean and cozy. It is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Access to the interstate is excellent.

The shower pressure was too high for the the flimsy shower curtain to handle. The parking fee was a surprise. Though they did not charge me, it was not listed on either their website or the booking website.

We loved our stay and everything was as expected. We almost always choose Sonesta properties.

A few minor issues. The air conditioner wasn't giving much cool air to the seperate bedroom. The pull out sofa underneath had some trash and food crumbles leftover. I'd recommend paying more attention to detail with your sofa beds.

shower curtain longer to keep water contained better. chair looked ragged. would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels in room. No room service in 5 days

Room was very clean. Loved the kitchen and supplies. Used a couple of them. LOVED the desk/drawers/shelves and table combo. That was super effective for us (2 of us) to eat and work at the same time. The first night I was planning to suggest that there be a trashcan in the bathroom, but the 2nd night I found that there was one under the sink in the cabinet. The bath towels were nice and fluffy. It was great to have the shelves to put our stuff, rather than on the counter.

Our room (107) only had one table chair. I would have requested a second chair, but we worked it out. That is the only thing I can think of to complain about.

Everyone in the front desk was super nice and helpful. The room was not too big but it was clean, nice and comfortable. We were in the third room and we really enjoyed our stay. We will be back for sure.

One staff member has been rude on a consistent basis. She doesn’t do well when there are multiple things to handle at once.

The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Having the kitchen was a great advantage. Price was very reasonable.

There was trash on the entryway and in the landscaping when I arrived late afternoon. Unfortunately, it was still there in the morning.
