Tyler welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door, gave us all the info we needed, and where to go. I called down to see if they have fans and they do! So bonus 10 points. They have an awesome pool. Breakfast was a buffet, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, waffles, fruits, muffins, bread/bagels, milk, juice, coffee. The dining area was spatial and not clumped together. We got the 3 bed room. Pull out couch, then 2 rooms with beds. Beds were so cozy, fluffy pillows, bathrooms were clean. For sure recommending and will return. We only got a hotel because my son wanted to swim for his birthday (winter bday). We stopped at scene 75 which was only 5 minutes away. There was a kitchen, stove, fridge, dishwasher, sink-included dishes, soap, wash-clothes.

We stayed Jan 25-26, mainly for the pool because it’s winter and it was for my son’s bday. We could have done the polar plunge it was so cold. My kids can’t swim for hours and they lasted 1 hour and then went back down in the morning and lasted 45 minutes. The pool area was clean/towels included, a bathroom right outside the door so the kids could go quickly and now have to go to our room or down the hall. But that water felt like ice. (Exaggerating- it was probably 80° water but it was chilly)

We always stay here for our "staycations" and we always have a good time. We love the room size since we have 3 days we take 2 and it's my hubby and I then we bring our kiddos!! I love the windows open to get some fresh air. I love the pool and work out area. A basketball court is nice. The staff was super helpful! Outside was clean and building looked nice We always enjoy our stay and the children love it too. They are familiar with it and know what to expect. We had fun swimming, it was quiet and the kids enjoyed it!

Our heat/ac was very hard to regulate. The toilet appeared used as there was hair in and on it. The basketball hoop was bent. Our key card didn't work coming in from the courts to the pool.

I loved the space we had in the room. I had my daughter and her 3 kids with me so having the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom was amazing! The front desk staff were all extremely friendly, polite, and helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was only cleaned once while we were there. Trash cans in the bathroom were overflowing and didn’t get emptied. They also only gave USA total of 3 bath towels and 2 wash cloths for 5 people.

The staff were very friendly, particularly Tyler at the front desk. The hotel is in a great area with a lot of restaurants and shopping near by, as well as the zoo. The rooms were clean. We stayed in a king studio with a pull out couch. It was nice and very spacious. The process of checking in and out was easy and quick.

The breakfast was definitely one of the best parts because it gave my toddler plenty of options. The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious enough to let my toddler run around and burn some energy off.

The pool was freezing!

Check in- reservation was not received. However, the front desk staff honored the reservation price. She had a Great attitude with an inviting spirit. My grandchildren were tired and she did a wonderful job in accommodating my family. So, thank you.

The no reservation situation was a little off putting. Especially after driving all night.

Breakfast, room, location, amenities were all great

Housekeeping only came once in 5 days and didn't clean bathroom floor, shower, sink. They only took the towels on the floor.

Breakfast was great, nice pool, room was very nice and well equipped for a family stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The sofa bed when unfolded was covered in dog hair. The kitchen could have been cleaned better.

Breakfast was great. We liked the large room and two bathrooms.

I wish they had an oven mitt for the stove and a pan for the oven.
