It may take several minutes for hot water to reach you, which could be inconvenient if you're in a rush and need it immediately. If you're from Ethiopia, please be cautious because they have an unusual policy that only they adhere to, which stipulates that anyone who books through booking.com must pay in foreign currency. Despite being against government regulations, I had to spend nearly two hours discussing this matter. Eventually, Ms. Samrawit was able to resolve my issue, but they refused to let me rebook through booking.com unless I paid in foreign currency. Since I only had local currency, I had to leave the hotel and book different one.

Clean rooms stuffed with great amnesties; professional & friendly staff; great swimming pool that kept our kids stuck in enjoyment for hours; at last but now least great room service (having all the good stuff from the luxury breakfast at the living room of the apartment hotel was the highlight of our stay).

The location was ideal, the room was big and well maintained, breakfast was heavy with a variety of food items and Wifi was excellent. I found the heated swimming pool a great place to relax after a heavy day's work.

The hôtel staff is very welcoming, gentle and professional. The ambiance is very calm and favorable for rest in the thrilling city of Addis Abeba. The rooftop swimming pool is a must as well as gym and Sauna. I particularly appreciated the quality of the services provided by restaurant and desk managers.

The staff are friendly and very helpful -my arrival flight was severely delayed, but the agent waited for me patiently; I also accidentally left a few items in my room's wardrobe, but the staff kept them for me to collect a day after :-) The food was good, and although it's central, it's also quiet at night.

The price could be a bit lower or include a few more incentives as there are a lot of other hotels nearby with lower prices. Ethiopia is a land of coffee, but the coffee at the breakfast area wasn't really good.

Cleanliness of the room, towels and bedsheets is superb

There limited choices of continental choices of food from their menu for lunch and dinner, including breakfast. I would recommend to try to blend the local food with intercontinental foods to provides for diverse choices

The hotel stay was very pleasant and the central location worked out really well for me. The food was nice the place is nice and clean. The warm pool was a real treat and the spa/Gym is also very nice.

The reception interactions with guest is not great. Just improve on communication generally. Long delays also due to a faulty printer and that didn't help with the whole reception experience.

The staff is amazing with the warmest possible reception and this is the reason why I stayed there a couple of times! The breakfast has a very good variety to include western dishes and local delicious food. The Wifi is also good.

The bathroom could have been much better comfortable. It would be nice if it could have a toilet washer hose in addition to the tissue paper for cleaning

Generous, clean and classy rooms. Comfy beds. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Internet connectivity not stable. The revolving restaurant is not attractive anymore. No buffet dinner. The « Service à la carte » menu is pretty poor. The quality of the food could be better. Overpriced.

Everyone in the hotel is super friendly. We arrived very early in the morning, and manager even found rooms for us so we did not have to wait until 2 pm. Great service! Also, the pool on the rooftop is really nice! Each room has a balcony with a tree on it, which is very cute. Everything was clean. Anytime again :)
