I liked the pool & the staff were great! They were very helpful & gave us names of pizza joints that delivered late.

When we went down for our “free breakfast” we were told that if we booked the room through a third party (like booking.com) then the breakfast was not free & it was $15/person! That was for a regular breakfast with only 2 slices of bacon! We almost went back to our room to pack & leave as free breakfast is something I always look for when booking a room! Then the girl working there saw the look on my face & said that we could have our breakfast for free because we were misinformed. We breathed a sigh of relief & sat down to have our breakfast. Beware when booking through a third party!

Very clean and nice location

They charged both of my credit cards (one used on booking site and one handed to them during check in). It was suppose to be pay at hotel and shouldn't have charged my card on booking. It's been 5 days and still waiting for refund. Breakfast wasn't great, not many choices and sausage was burnt. Very clean and nice location

Everything! You know the bedding is clean when you can smell the detergent used. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and a good size portion! Location is right off the highway.

I arrived late and the young lady that was working was extremely nice and helpful and understanding my lateness. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Had to get used to plugging the card into a box to turn on the lights🙂

Easy access to hotel property and the property was clean and the surrounds were safe.

The room rates should be lower to be more competitive with surrounding hotels

Well maintained, friendly staff, excellent included breakfast.

Rather far from Muskegon (our work site), cook showed up 15 minutes late the day we were there.

It was clean and quiet (although the person(s) above us seem to stomp back and forth for a few hours in the evening .quiet at bedtime). Just what we needed.

The employees were awesome! They took great care of us! We needed toothpaste and they hunted some down. They were all very personable.

I didn't like the "neighbors" who partied loudly til 5 am and flooded the lobby with their shower. If you would like to give us a discount for lack of sleep, that would be awesome.

Clean and comfortable.

Did not offer free breakfast. Won’t be staying again when most hotels offer free breakfast.
