The room was a budget-friendly alternative to a luxury room, which is why I opted to stay here. My room had a hot tub in it, which did not disappoint! It is a relatively small hotel and I'm sure only a handful of rooms have a hot tub. The location is very central to Pismo and a very short walk to the pier. The interior was clean and modern, and had everything I needed! It was also surprisingly quiet for being well occupied. I also appreciated the texts I received with reminders of my stay, as well as the option of an express check-out.

Small hotel with a small parking lot and a small pool. But, I didn't really mind any of those things.

No breakfast but location was a couple of blocks from the beach. Nice walking distance to the pier. Air conditioning was not working for us but front desk helped right away. Good price and clean.

One of the employees was a little rude when l first asked for help with air conditioner not working and said it was working but it never cooled the room but once l went to the office the gentleman at the front desk immediately went up to the room and got it working.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication was great via text and email. Before, during and after our stay. Loved the quiet time after 10pm rule. Proximity to the pier was great. Rooms are recently updated and clean. The beds are comfortable.

Parking was tight and we have a med. Size car. Was the first time I could not fit my mobility scooter in my room. Thou I did not request a handicap accessible room because I preferred 2 beds. The pillows were too firm. And the a/c heater thermostat was difficult to use even though we understand the instructions. But the good outweighs the bad and will definitely stay there again.

I loved that it’s cozy and it’s soooo close to everything !! We could be safe going out for a drink since most bars were only 5 min away walking distance!! No need to drive. No need to get into any trouble. I would most definitely come back here! It’s one of the cheaper hotels so you get what you pay for essentially but it’s really nice regardless. I enjoyed my stay here. There were no loud guests as everybody respects the quiet hours. I honestly loved it here and I would come back. I rate my experience 10/10.

There’s nothing i didn’t like.

Value price in the heart of all the action near the Pier. Plenty parking right in front of all rooms. Spacious rooms that look upscale and will impress your woman. A lot of channels on cable and plenty of towels.

Noisy and unruly neighbors but the property does emphasize in various places to keep the noise level down after 10pm and even closes the pool at 8pm for that reason as well.

We travelled on honeymoon from Vegas to San Francisco. It's a perfecf stop to break up the section of the self drive between LA and Monterey, i randomly selected Pismo and was so pleased that we did. Very good price, perfect location with the beach and bars only a 2 minute walk away. The room was very large and immaculately clean (wea were given a free upgrade, Thankyou). The beds were comfortable, and there was a small kitchen in our room with a fridge, microwave, cooking hob and free wi fi. We even had free parking and a spacious decking area to sit out on. We didn't use the pool as there was little time but it looked nice.

Nothing, it was perfect.

I went down to pismo for my 25th birthday and I love how comfortable me and my family were at this room. They are in a nice part of town, walking distance to the beach. This property was quiet and very very clean. They have all of the apps on their smart TV and we were able to watch some cool movies. I also love the fact that the room didnt smell or even gave an impression that it was bug/roach infested like some I’ve encountered in other cities. This was a nice motel overall! Its not a hilton or marriott but the service and cleanliness was up to their standards!! Will book again if i’m ever back in Pismo

My room was nice and clean and my bed was comfortable. It was very quiet, nice, and just what I needed for my last minute decision to stay the night in Pismo! Harry was awesome and upgraded my room, thanks Harry😊🙏🏽. I would definitely stay here again and again 💕.

Great location, close to beach activities, shopping and dining. Beautiful sunset views. Ben at the front office was helpful and friendly. Our room was large, spacious and updated. Really comfortable bed and overall room. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and the location was absolutely perfect to walk to the beach and restaurants. 2 minutes from the beach.

That one night a neighbor had their dog wake me up at 3:30am. Not the hotels fault but I dont like dogs on hotels.
