Super friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help, restaurant on site and well priced, good food, great location for visiting multiple places, super easy check in and check out, no fuss or hassle. We were able to visit Clarksons pub, Moreton on the marsh and bourton on the water all within what id consider a reasonable drive.
Sofa bed, was a little uncomfortable, but passable, (main bed was super though), TV occasionally lost internet for brief moments, noise from steam room while taking a bath (but this was early evening), none of this was enough to detract from a very nice enjoyable stay as they were very minor issues.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Jimmy, Gill and Celia. We had a lovely afternoon in the beer garden watching the locals play “Feed the rat”, drinking Morretti and orange cordial. In the evening, we had a fantastic Punjabi meal, the largest portions ever so “doggie-bags” are provided, accompanied with Cobra lager and orange cordial ! Thank you for having us and we would recommend you to everyone. Colin & Beverley.
To be honest, i liked everything,
Natalie

It's in a good location, relatively close to the M40, Stratford and Warwick. It's a family run business and the staff are helpful and polite. We were able to check in early. The rooms are spacious and double rooms have a king size bed. The linens are good and clean. The breakfast is very reasonable. They offer a variety of hot breakfasts, as well as cereal, muesli and juices.as well as tea and coffee. In the rooms they offer tea, coffee (plus decaf) hot chocolate with all the condiments as well as bottled water and biscuits. Further sachets of coffee are available on request. The bathroom has complimentary shower gel, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and soap. It had a lovely atmosphere and if I'm in the area again I would stay here again.
As it's a 16th century coach Inn that has been renovated the floors are not level, which is part of the charm. The stairs are very steep. It's not suitable for anyone who has mobility issues. As its a Grade 2 listed building they can't install an elevator. The windows, whilst being double glazed still allow a lot of road noise as the Inn is situated close to a road. There are only blinds at the windows, not curtains which allow a lot of light into the rooms. The shower stalls are tiny and I had to contort my body to get in. Anyone who is of a large build will not be able to gett into the shower unit.

Beautiful old pub that's been fully refurbished, the staff were very nice and tbe food delicious best Indian I have tasted for a long time, room was clean, bed comfortable largest bathroom I ever seen in all the accommodation I stayed in.
The only thing to look out for is the price of the food, they say it's exclusive and it was delicious to say the least, I guess u get what u pay for, we were well looked after so will.go back for sure.

The breakfast was lovely, cooked very well and was presented good. The location was great and the carpark was just over the road which is always a bonus. The room were gorgeous with the open beems and layout was good. It was good to see that they could incorporate ways to help the planet without compromising the grade 2 listed building.
The only thing really was how much light comes into the room early in a morning. I struggle to sleep and unfortunately from half 4 onwards I was awake. Not sure what you could do because I know you are limited buy the age/grade of the coach house

Quirky period building, sloping floors were funny which gave it character(it is a 16th Century Building). Indian restaurant amazing. Bar comfortable with an excellent range of drinks. Staff very attentive, kind & considerate.
Road noise as expected as on a main road, ear plugs solved that problem so had a good nights sleep. Informed that bathrooms are due to be done up soon as looking a little tired at present.

Super friendly and attentive staff, happy to go out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed at all times. Food was great, breakfast was of high quality and was freshly made.
Two of the rooms we had (8 in total for our group) had a bit of an issue with ventilation in the bathrooms so there were signs of damp/black mould around the showers.

The hotel is in a great location, it is a very old building and therefore a little quirky. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The restaurant, there is no set time for breakfast in fact breakfast was a bit hit and miss they did not have the ingrediants for a full English. Evening meals were curries only.
