The location of the hotel is great! The views and surroundings are stunning. The lodges are beautiful, surrounded by views from all sides, feel tucked out the way and quiet. Perfect night’s sleep. We stayed in the 2 wood view lodge rooms with balconies and they were beautifully designed. The staff were all wonderful in the hotel and the restaurant and went over and above to make our daughter feel welcome and special. We will definitely be back for another visit.

The lodge wood view rooms would benefit from a small fridge, if you only need the one room.

The continental breakfast was first class. The location and price paid through booking.com was very resonable, Check in was very friendly and informative.

First hotel where there was not a TV in the room, very strange. The room I stayed in was a disabilty room, was ok except the chrome had tarnished from the chrome on the basin in the bathroom. The quilt was too thick for the time of year and in the middle of the night with no telephone, you couldn't exactly call the reception desk to ask fr a sheet to put over me in the bed. The fans was noisy to have on, so didn't sleep very well. The cooked breakfast wasn't up to the mark, bacon hardly cooked which meant the fat on the bacon was unedable, the beans well, they were very dry and had a strange taste to them.

The staff were so friendly from start to finish, especially the two ladies on the desk when my husband and I arrived. I requested for our room to be two single beds very last minute as I’m very pregnant and struggle to sleep in any bed that isn’t my own at the moment. When we arrived the bed was set up as a double, so I mentioned this to the two ladies on the desk. They were so incredibly friendly and amended the room straight away. They even gave us a little card and some chocolates to apologise, but there really was no need to apologise! The hotel itself it’s very clean and unique, a great place to enjoy a glass of wine (only 3 weeks to go until I can enjoy this!) in the sunshine with all the suntrap spots. We were here for work this time, but would love to come back for leisure at some point. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic.

The property was excellent, and it was a great location . Very Morden , very clean & all the staff were very friendly polite, ,helpful from hotel staff to the restauran tgey are a creditto your company. The food in the restaurant was very good ,a good choice..I would definitely recommend & would stay again it was a lovely 4 days' stay. (Only think for me were the pillows but on our last day they he changed them don't know why as we hadn't said anything but there were much better.). so that was great ! If you're into golf, what a lovely place to play.

The hotel was decorated in a modern look. The front desk staff were all lovely, asking us about our day, asking us if we had found the hotel ok when we had arrived, very helpful with dinner recommendations in the surrounding area. Our hotel room was spacious and very private, no one was able to look into our window despite it being on the 1st floor. Room exceptionally clean and bed/linens/pillows were all very comfy and high quality. Facilities within the hotel were great, there is a huge golf course on the hotels ground which we didn't use but maintained very well, there is an onsite fitness centre which could be booked at reception and only 2 people allowed in at a time which was good for me and my wife as it meant we could do what we liked without having to wait for equipment, the fitness centre was spotless and is cleaned regularly. The hotel also had electric vehicle chargers which was great for me as I have an electric car so was brilliant to be able to charge our car overnight, very good price also. The breakfast which was included was amazing, continental options such as overnight oats, Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit, toast, preserves and pastries alongside a hot food option which was all very good quality food. Our stay was exemplary, we will definitely be returning as this stay ignited our love for the Cotswolds

Everything was brilliant apart from a small hole in one of our provided robes, which I'm sure if we asked they would've changed but didn't bother us and no TV in our room which didn't bother us either as we had brought our MacBook for our entertainment. I believe that the lodges have TVs but standard double rooms don't, just something for you to think about when choosing which room to book.

It was clean, quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway to clear the mind and have a break (especially if you’re from the city). The grounds are big, meaning you can walk endlessly. There is a large golf range where you can pay a small amount to pay either on the driving range, play the course or even have lessons. Food in the kitchen was great - breakfast, lunch and dinner - all 10/10. The staff are exceptional and so lovely. My boyfriend and I met many different staff members but Vikki, Jeanette and Kristen were especially lovely - thank you all!

We stayed here to attend a wedding in the local area and were not disappointed! The room was modern and stylish but also comfy, and very quiet at night! The bed was very comfy and the provided refreshments (coffee, tea, cookies) were much appreciated! All of the staff were super friendly and always happy to help, even providing an iron board and iron for my partner to iron his suit before the wedding. We also really liked the fire pits outside but didn’t have much time to enjoy them. The food on-site was also excellent; we had our evening meal there and while we had relatively common (classic) dishes, they were really delicious and presented nicely. The breakfast was also impeccable with lots of options on the buffet in addition to the hot menu! The pancakes were great!! We would definitely recommend a stay here and would be keen to visit again if in the local area!

The blinds are quite noisy to open and close so we were a bit wary of annoying the neighbours when closing them at night, but this would not stop us from staying again!!

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. The greenery and fresh air was a beautiful change of scenery. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but at the same time there were always people in the vicinity because of the golf club. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly both at the hotel reception and restaurant. Always at hand to assist. There are no TVs in the rooms, but I had my laptop.

My Mum was in a wheelchair, so the little bumps leading to the hotel reception area was not a smooth ride for her. I understand it's to prevent any slips but could be laid out a bit better. Otherwise everything else was great.

Lovely hotel in a fresh, contemporary style that blended with the landscape. We stayed in the main hotel rather than in one of the lodges. Beautiful view of the golf course and beyond from our room. Bed was very comfortable and the room had all the amenities you could need. There are no TVs in the room which wasn't a problem for us at all but worth noting as it seemed to be an issue for some other reviewers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I had a treatment in the shepherd's hut before checking in which was fabulous and would highly recommend as part of the experience. The perfect place to unwind whether you play golf or not. Nice walk to Lower Brailes but lots to do in the area. Dinner was in the Club house a short walk from the main hotel. The food was very good, we weren't overly impressed with our starters but the main courses were excellent and so was dessert. Service was very friendly. The highlight was going back to the hotel reception and sitting outside with a blanket and fire pit to enjoy a drink. No TV required! Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious. Full English was included in the room price but there was a generous buffet available as well.

There wasn't anything really. If I had to be really picky, one of the bedroom walls could have used a fresh coat of paint and the plug in the sink didn't work.

Breakfast was fantastic and staff were very attentive. There was a lady with dark hair whose name we didn’t get who was very welcoming and friendly. All in all a pleasant experience and would recommend to friends and family

Maybe a tv would have been nice Especially when catching up on breakfast news whilst having a coffee Maybe some some nets or blinds It was either a thick heavy curtain or nothing so no privacy and maybe a fridge to stock some drinks to enjoy on the balcony
