The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk lady around 11:30 PM was very friendly and helpful . The maids were also very nice and was on top of checking the room to return my deposit. I was very satisfied that I didn’t have to wait for one of them to go inspect, so I appreciate them & everything they do to make our stays as comfortable as they can! Thank you to the staff at ExtendaSuites. I booked another night and I’m going to eat my dinner and get some good sleep. It’s quiet outside in the courtyard, so all the guests are respectful of the others staying here . I have to say … I am impressed! Great job!! :)

Room was large and well laid out. Staff had the A/C on and television on when we entered the room. The front desk call my cell phone about 90 minutes after we entered the room to inquire if all was OK. That was a very nice touch.

The carpet was stained as was the bath tub. We could not get any hot water from the faucet--did not try the shower. The bed was not comfortable--too soft for me--but OK for my wife.

Maintenance tried to force his way into my room one hour before checkout. He refused to answer to my questioning so I closed the door and put a chair against it. Manager then banned me from hotel. This worked well for me as another hotel up the street has waffles and in room coffee makers for $10 more per night.

Fast check in, very helpful front desk staff. The room itself was actually a lot larger than expected. Bathroom was a bit small but not a problem. Comfortable bed. No frills but it has all that you need for a basic stay, at a great value. Location right off the freeway yet it was not noisy. Excellent experience, would definitely consider for future needs

Out of all the motel rooms I stayed at this past month this was bye far the nicest one I was impressed bye how clean it was and the staff was wonderful to work with they always had to to answer any questions we had all in all this hotel is must if u ever are in Phoenix Arizona thanks for letting me share my experience with you all [email protected]

The room was clean. I loved the streaming services on the TV I even slept great on the bed and I NEVER like hotel beds. I was actually pleasantly surprised. The front desk even had food you can buy for really good prices. Thanks for making my staycation great.

My room was in a corner that when I came out it was close enough to my car to walk to. Didn’t feel uncomfortable during my stay. Staff was helpful.

I cannot stress enough how great the front desk folks are. Kelly, Patti and Darcy are amazing people and they welcomed me as if I was a member of their family.

Housekeeping could be a little tighter. One room I was in still had hair in the shower. When I told Heather about it, she had someone fixing it immediately.

The beds were comfy and the room was a nice size. staff were really friendly and helpful. and the laundry room was great since my lover stole most of my clothes so I could wash what he didn't steal

Got a bit loud at times with the staff kicking people out and just other people in general plus its next to a freeway. The bathroom in our room coulda been cleaner but it wasn't terrible for the price
