The hotel is in a good location and of a very good facilities. It rates 4 stars but I would rate it 5- :) I was traveled with a family and got a family room. We asked for a quite room, and it was really quite. I would underline the good nose protection, if the windows are closed you hear no noise from the street. The stuff is very friendly and always ready to help, besides speak perfect English. The hotel has a parking for additional charge. Also there are a small gym and sauna on the 8th floor. The breakfast is good enough and has a lot of options like gluten or lactose free, that might be important for some people. The location is also good. You can reach the center in 25-30 minutes walk or in 10 minutes by Metro. Near the Hotel you can find a small supermarket and a lot of restaurants and brand boutiques. In a walk (5 minutes) there are metro stations of red and green line. So transport logistic around the city is very easy. Definitely I can recommend this hotel for stay in Milan.

Great location. Very good hotel in Milan

One of the best stays I've had in Italy probably. The staff was very friendly and helpful which is something rare these days, especially in overcrowded cities like Milano or Roma during summertime. Bernadeth at the reception was very attentive to our needs and very helpful. One of the days of our stay, I was not feeling well, so my wife ordered food from the restaurant we were supposed to attend and the staff provided everything we needed to have dinner there. The rooms were cleaned everyday, changed towels, robes and bed. That might sound standard but I've been in other hotels around the globe where those standards were not met. Here you can expect a goodnight of sleep in a good confy bed, the hotel location is great next to everything you need and 5min walk to metro that will take you to Duomo very easily. Cleaned rooms, friendly staff, hotel located in a quiet street. We didn't have breakfast there cause we wanted to explore the local spots but the buffet seemed pretty decent. I would definitely stay here again, whenever we come back to Milan.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Starhotels Ritz in Milan. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. What truly made our trip even more special, however, was the incredible service we received from the staff. A special thanks to Piero at the reception, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. His helpfulness, professionalism, and local tips made a huge difference and truly enhanced our time in Milan. We are also very grateful to Kamila and Milena, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always made us feel at home. Thanks to the wonderful team at Starhotels Ritz, our trip to Milan was even better than we could have hoped. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return!

Staff was really friendly and helpful, always happy to help, hotel has a good standard, great location. We didnt make use of the breakfast or other hotel facilities but it looked good.

Shower area (not the whole bathroom) was weirdly setup, long enough area to stand in, but very narrow. I think if you're somewhat larger, it would be hard to shower here. Not only because it's narrow but also because the shower head was located on a weird place (on the longer wall) which made showering hard and with every turn I hit either the door, the shower knobs or the rack for your shower stuff. If it was located on narrow wall, you could at least use the length of the shower area to shower more easily, but would still be narrow.

We were given a room on floor 1. Honestly, it feels like a basement room. We asked to be moved, and a day later, we were moved to floor 7. Excelent! Very complete breakfast. Comfortable bed and shower. Everything was great. The location was great for local shopping, and we walked to the Central Station in 10 mins. The metro is also close and easy to use.

The breakfast schedule changes. We were told on check-in that it was 7 -11 am. Well, that's on the weekend. It's 7-10 am weekdays and we missed it on our checkout morning. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of clarity.

The staff at check in were so lovely. They upgraded us for free to a suite, even though we didn’t ask. It was such a kind gesture and made our stay with a baby that much more enjoyable. Room came with free water daily, room was cleaned perfectly. They helped bring our suitcases up. Overall was an amazing experience and left a 10/10 impression for us, if we come back to Milan we know where we’re staying! Special shoutout to Bernadeth who checked us in, greeted us with smiles, upgraded us and then escorted us to our room.

The only negative though small, was there is only stairs from the entrance down to reception, the elevators up to the rooms are also small and only fit 1 person and suitcase though this is normal in most of europe.

Got a free room upgrade, very comfortable bed. Got a "pillow-menu" to request different pillow types, a first for us, but incredibly welcome for someone with back or neck pains. Well connected to the city center, and got many shopping opportunities right there.

Rooms are not the most sound-proof ones that you could find. The breakfast was good, but the system for ordering/getting coffee was confusing and ineffective. Had to end up reordering coffee several times to get a cup. Splitting hairs here, but can be improved.

The hotel is next to shopping street and restaurants. The staff were amazing especially Bernadette who was extra nice trying to resolve some of the issues we had during booking and ensuring our stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. There was a fruit tray in the room upon arrival as a welcome. The beds were comfortable and they had a variety of pillows. The bathroom had toiletries.

The walls were too thin. You could hear the doors of the whole aisle banging when someone next door leaving or entering his/her room.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The lobby was gorgeously decorated and the receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. They gave us a pillow menu and made every effort to be accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed walking around the area in the evening. The Duomo was a very short taxi ride away (could have walked but it was almost midnight on Christmas Eve). The atmosphere in this hotel is really lovely.

The two rooms we had were overly heated (due to it being cold outside). Opening the window for a minute was the only way to cool it down for a while.
