Everything was really perfect, our host Louise was was so kind and helpful ! Thank you so much for giving us the best room in the hotel for our stay , the private terrace outside our room was just the best for viewing the beautiful Main Street in Arles ! Was very quiet at night with double glazing windows. Room was big with a super comfortable huge bed, nice large walk in shower, tea /coffee maker and fridge. Had an early check in and even had our bags taken to the room ! So appreciated ! Was sad to leave as this was the best place we stayed in on our trip to Provence. We would love to stay here again if we are lucky enough to return one day !

Lovely hotel in Arles. Nice double room on 3rd flor. Hotel is located on the River Rhone, a 10 minute walk from the railway station and a 15 minute walk from the historic centre with its Roman sights. A relaxing stay with wonderful, kind, helpful staff, especially Louise, who went out of her way, along with her colleagues to make my stay comfortable, relaxing and as happy as possible. Fantastic staff. I would stay again for them alone. 2 or 3 restaurants next to the hotel, I recommend the Vietnamese one, although it's only open on Saturday and Tuesday evenings. Very nice en-suite double room. Comfy double bed with lots of cussions, thick duvet and clean sheets. Table next to bed with one comfy chair. Lamp on table. TV on wall. Air conditioning. European plug sockets on both sides of bed. Carpet on floor. Large wardrobe to put clothes. Reasonable size en-suite bathroom with shower, sink with hand soap and toilet with paper. Small bin in bathroom. Key card to enter room and hotel building. Also used to turn on the power in the room. Nice relaxing cafe next to the hotel, serves good coffee and Spanish tapas food for lunch and an early dinner. Closes at 7 pm (19:00). Hotel offers two breakfast options: a small breakfast, one croissant, glass of juice, a piece of fruit and a hot drink - 7.5 Euros. Second option for 15 Euros includes a lot more food and drink as much coffee/tea as you like. Served daily between 7 and 10 am (in the morning). Lift/elevator to all floors. Has tactile and braille numbers next to the buttons. Lovely, quiet, relaxing hotel with great staff. Will stay again and bring my partner.

No tea/coffee in room, free or paid. No staff available after 8 pm (20:00). Plug socket one side of bed a little hard to reach.

The hotel is located at the beginning of the old town, therefore if you are pulling luggage from the Arles train station to the hotel, you should choose this hotel as this is the nearest hotel from the train station (in the old town). There is a supermarket just outside the old town (about 50m from the hotel) which make it very convenient to buy grocery if you stay at this hotel. The hotel is also very near to the location at which Vincent Van Gogh painted the famous drawing "Starry Night at Rhone River". Room size is ok, can fit in 2 big suitcases. Staffs are very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is very good with variety of food.

Shower not very strong but ok

Louise was my contact at the hotel. She responded very promptly to any questions I had prior to our stay. During the check in process, she was most helpful with getting our car into the traffic restricted area so we could park close to the hotel to accommodate my spouse's mobility issues. Louise is a real asset to the hotel and she's fantastic as the face of the hotel. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room overlooked the street but we did not really hear any street noise. It was great that we could open the window (just for a while) to get fresh air into the room. The hotel has an elevator and the air conditioner worked well, considering that we were there during a very hot spell. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of sweet and savory items. The hotel is close to many restaurants and the Arles Amphitheatre is only a short walk away. The town was busy but not overcrowded when we were there. The hotel would be a good base to explore the surrounding area.

The location of the hotel is very convenient if you travel by train - it is the first hotel entering the medieval town wall when walking from the station. All the major Arles sights are at walking distance. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice for any palate. Even though it is a hotel chain, the staff provided 5 star service - I arrived early and stored my luggage, when I came back to check in, my luggage was already waiting for me in my room. Those little thoughtful gestures make a huge difference.

The price charged for the full breakfast is on the higher side, still it was good value for money. They were quite slow though with replacing run-out products during breakfast.

Great location within easy walking distance of all the key Arles attractions, restaurants and the River Rhône. It feels like a family-run hotel and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We chose the room with the balcony which was great for enjoying the sunshine and people watching and having checked in for one night, promptly extended for another! I'm always grateful for a kettle and a small fridge and they provide both. Buffet breakfast was pretty good for the 15 EUR price. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner, just over the street - L'O à la Bouche, which was excellent.

The air conditioning wasn't great (it works, but maybe we turned it on too late to make an impact) and we'd chosen a warm weekend. Night 2 we chose to try leaving the balcony doors open for fresh air, but it's right on a street with restaurants and people were outside talking until 3am and it's also very bright! Although once we got the curtains closed properly, it was better.

Very highly recommend. My second stay in a couple of months. Location location location. Just inside old city walls and gate. Easy walk to all main sights and 5 min to train and bus. Suoermarket just outside city wall Welcomed by friendly professional reception staff. Luggage storage but advised when room was available earlier for check in. Very appreciative of an upgrade. Such a lovely room. Rooms modern and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed and linens. Lighting good. Shower excellent. Very clean. Very quiet. Very good value.

Perfectly situated hotel. The hotel instructions for arrival with a car were clear and parking was a breeze with the valet services offered. We did not opt in for breakfast. The hotel was spotlessly clean and within a short walk of the Colosseum. Rooms were serviced every day. Staff were friendly but had limited information regarding the area (ie Pont du Gard). Would highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent location 5 min walk from train directly inside city walls through city gate and with the Rhone 50 m down the side road Warm welcome from reception. Lovely room with good outlook. Clean functional. Comfortable bed and linens. Although hotel full it was very quiet day and night and I had a great sleep Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Just minor but easily sorted. The curtains would not close in middle so unable to make room dark. Wifi also laggy and dropped intermittently.

Great location and hotel nicely renovated. Great is that they offer a small breakfast for less than 8 euro. This is unique and we loved it. One croissant and juice and cup of coffee. And the owner, he is a ver friendly and charming man.

Airco is a bit weak in my eyes. They reduced the temperature yet you could not get it really cold.
