The location of the Hotel was right in the "heart" of the City, which is absolutely awesome! It was a short walking distance from everything, including the tower wall which was a stone's throw from the front door.

We were traveling in a rental van which was large, so we knew there would be some potential issues. The parking lot was just that, a lot which was full as there were no parking lines to direct others how to park efficiently. On a positive note, the hotel led us to another lot very close by, which had ample room. Again, we loved this hotel so it's difficult for me to find anything we didn't like.

The hotel is within the old town walls, perfect for walking everywhere. The room was modern and comfortable. Parking was across the street in a small lot. Breakfast was good with hot eggs prepared on request. Afternoon staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there during hot weather and there is no air conditioning, however, the room did have a fan which helped out a lot.

The room was really small, including the bathroom, but it worked fine. Road noise was loud overnight and early mornings.

Wonderful old hotel just inside the city wall. 3 minutes to market place, plus dedicated parking lot right across the small cobbled street. Staff was wonderful, and breakfast is the highlight of the day so don't skip it! Pay for it and love it! Cobble streets are a LITTLE loud when the few trucks in the innenstadt roll by, but windows close so no big deal. No A/C but a nice fan was provided. Second stay here and not our last! Also, don't miss the night watchman tour!

Too short a stay!

The location was ideal, right within the walls, a 10 minute walk from the train station. The breakfast was excellent with fresh cooked eggs to add to the great choices.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for tea in the evening. Ideally, there would be more than one to borrow as it was not available on the night that we asked. But on our last night we were able to borrow that one kettle.

Great location right inside the city walls within a block or two of everything you'd want to do and see in Rothenburg. There is paid parking right across the side street in a walled, vacant lot. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Great breakfast for an additional price.

It would have been nice to have had breakfast included in the price of the room - many places do that. There is no elevator so it is a bit tricky getting up and down the old staircase.

The breakfast was good, also the young lady (that had a little daughter) was very polite und friendly.

It wasn't told us (was no label even in German, bacuse we speak German), that it's possible to order scrumbled eggs for free. Some people new that and ordered it, then we ordered it also. As the young lady (that had a little daughter) was very polite und friendly, but the other one (elder) was not so polite and immediately changed her face as spoke with us (I assume, because we were foreigners).

Rothenburg isn't huge but the location near the city walls was great since it allowed us to easily park our car across the street but still be just a minute or two from the main town square. The staff was all super friendly and I fortunately (unfortunately) didn't even need to try to speak my broken German. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet and it was great for coming back to sleep at the end of a long day. Breakfast was also amazing both mornings!

Only complaint I have is that the shower wasn't really hot. I don't even know that I'd even say it was warm. There was definitely a difference between whatever came out of the "hot" side of the shower and a bone-chillingly arctic "cold" side, but it wasn't something I found great (though the other people staying with me didn't mind it so much). At the end of the day, it's such a minor complaint that I didn't even bother to mention it to them but I guess I'll throw it in here. All that being said, I'd totally (and likey will) stay here again. Great place!

Owner was awesome. He spoke English and was very friendly. Parking was right across the street from the hotel so very convenient. Location was perfect in the middle of the town. Breakfast was very good! No AC, which is typical, but they provided fans which was really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The location and the beds were great. Beautiful location and amazing soft beds. The lady that checked us in was wonderful. Very kind, polite, well informed and friendly.

The gentleman that was working the breakfast shift was consistently snarky and rude. He seemed to be very annoyed to be there and every question was answered with a sarcastic comment or semi-angry remark. Made us feel very uncomfortable.

A basic hotel that was located just inside the town walls. There was parking available just across from the hotel at a reasonable price for 24 hours. The whole town was within easy walking distance of the location. The room was furnished in what seemed to be a traditional style and was quirky. It was clean and had all necessary facilities. Breakfast was mainly a cold buffet, but you had the option of omelette of fried eggs as well.

The shower was quite small and my husband found it a little difficult to use it effectively.
