Location is very good

It is the only hotel I have ever been in where there is no soap or toiletries in the bathroom. There is no explanation so I am assuming it is for cost-saving reasons. This was very peculiar and if they had added a few Euros to the bill to cover toiletries it would not have been noticed but not putting them into the room was noticed.

I liked the breakfast until I realized it was 15 a person. Paying 45 euros for me and two children to eat breakfast, I opted out on day two- though I paid 45 euros and my friend who went with us and stayed in another room ate breakfast for her and her child all three days and they only paid 30 in total. I didn't realize it until after we left, but that was a rip off and something I would not do again. The breakfast staff however were absolutely lovely.

The air conditioning in my room didn't work but it wasn't terrible. It needs to be fixed by summer though.

After getting a transfer to my second room it was fantastic ,with the amazing help of Emma. The room is lovely with a fantastic shower. The bar is lovely and relaxing with absolutely fantastic staff. The breakfast room was unbelievable, nice and relaxing, lovely food , fantastic staff and nice background music

I was put into the disability bedroom, which was extremely dismal with a terrible bed and poor surroundings. I could not enjoy my stay in this room at all.

I chose the hotel because of its location and it indeed was in the most convenient place. I went by foot to see the archeological excellent sites and the castle. The service was nice and the room spacious.

Brescia as a town is not very inviting to travelers although its potential is not less than other North Italian towns. The atmosphere at the hotel and the near by Plazas is nice but not warm or exciting. I still recommend to visit Brescia and the hotel is an excellent point to stay.

Location very central, 3 minute walk to many restaurants and pubs. We did not have breakfast. Underground parking around the corner for Euro 10 per day. Big room with good bed and pillows. We had dinner at bistro Duomo, piazza Paolo IV. It is a family restaurant and they serve excellent food with an enthusiastic sommelier.

Do not forget to ask for your exit parking card at the reception. Which you then have to return back to the reception, which we did not like.

Without a doubt, this hotel stands out as one of the finest establishments in Brescia. Its prime location near Vittoria Metro station, nestled within the bustling downtown area, makes it a convenient choice for travelers. What's more, reaching the hotel from the Train Station is a breeze, thanks to the presence of a Metro station right there! This seamless accessibility adds a touch of convenience to the overall experience. Speaking of experience, the hotel's accommodation pricing is fair and reasonable. It strikes a balance between affordability and the high-quality services provided. Guests can enjoy the comfort and amenities without breaking the bank, making it an excellent value for money. Furthermore, the hotel staff deserves praise for their exceptional dedication to guest satisfaction. They consistently demonstrate attentiveness and hospitality, ensuring visitors feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their stay. Their commitment to providing top-notch service adds warmth and comfort to the hotel experience. Additionally, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for a remarkable experience during my recent stay. Due to early morning checkout, I was unable to enjoy the breakfast as it was before the scheduled serving time. However, the thoughtful staff went above and beyond by preparing some delicious food for me to enjoy before my departure. This gesture truly touched me and exemplified their exceptional hospitality. I am immensely grateful for their kindness and willingness to accommodate my needs. It is these small acts of generosity that make a stay at this hotel even more special and memorable.

I find myself returning to this hotel for the second time, and I must say that if given the chance, I would gladly stay here again in the future. One aspect that caught my attention, just as it did during my previous visit, was the breakfast. While it was still enjoyable, I couldn't help but notice that there were no changes since my last stay. If I may offer a suggestion, it would be to consider expanding the breakfast options with more delightful choices from Italian cuisine. This addition would be a delightful enhancement, allowing guests to savor a wider range of traditional Italian flavors and specialties. It could add a touch of authenticity and cultural immersion to the breakfast experience, making it even more memorable for guests.

The hotel is ideally located near the major squares of the city and the historic district. The high ceiling rooms, restaurants and lobby have been lovingly restored to their period architecture. Don’t miss having a well served breakfast in the Art Deco breakfast room.

The lobby decoration and furniture layout seems incongruous with the historic style of the hotel, in contrast to the respectful treatment of the guest rooms and baths.

Perfect location in the historic center of Brescia, just a few steps from the Metro, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff was very courteous and always available to help. We had to leave early in the morning and were able to have breakfast even while it was still being prepared.

The bathroom door was broken and couldn't be fixed during our stay, but it didn't affect the overall comfort of our accommodation.

Location could not have been more convenient, with everything within easy walking distance. Room was spotless, and maintained that way. Breakfast was one of the very best we have had in a hotel. Service, with one exception (vid inf) was really, kind, courteous and thoughtful. Outstanding!

Replacement of drinking water and teabags in the room was rather random. Some days it happened and some days it didn't, for no obvious reason.

Older gentleman staff member was very helpful and courteous.

Breakfast could have been better laid out. I would have appreciated a better selection of bread/rolls/fruit Coffee from machine was tasteless. Individual coffee pots woykd be a nice touch.
