This was our second stay, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable. A special thank you to *Youstina from Guest Relations* for her attentiveness and warmth throughout our visit. We’d also like to express our gratitude to *Chef Mahmoud* and *Chef Ashraf* for the delicious gluten free meals, and to *Galal from the F&B team* for his excellent service. A big thank you as well to *Ahmed the lifeguard*, who was always kind and helpful, and to *Mohamed from Housekeeping* for keeping everything spotless and comfortable. We truly appreciate the hospitality and look forward to coming back again!

The hotel is quiet modern, staff is great, and overall ambiance is perfect to spend some days away from crowds. We got our flight canceled and the hotel staff made it's best efforts to help us and find solutions for us. The food is good, the installations are good and modern.

Even though everything overall went fine, the rooms near by the front desk could be a bit noisy. Not because the staff, but because sometimes guest might not respect quiet hours. It would be important to raise your issues early to the staff if there are noise issues as otherwise, your night sleep could be disrupted. Other than that. Everything went well.

Perfect stay – calm, caring atmosphere and true attention to detail My stay at Cook’s Club was short, but absolutely perfect. The staff were professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, always greeting guests and checking in — without ever being pushy. The Welcome Drink was a lovely touch — I could pick any cocktail I wanted. That generosity set the tone from the start. The hotel’s green and peaceful territory is full of palms, banana trees, cacti — everything beautifully maintained. The music by the pool is tasteful and relaxed, which adds to the calm vibe. Though Cook’s Club has a “club-style” concept, the guest atmosphere was pleasantly balanced and intelligent. No loud or vulgar behavior — just relaxed people enjoying their holiday. It felt comfortable, respectful, and welcoming. I’d say it suits both younger travelers and guests 40+. One of the biggest surprises: although Egypt is often full of noise, this hotel is truly an oasis of calm. No shouting, no loud phone calls — just quiet, comfort, and space to fully relax. My room was flawless — as a perfectionist, I can confidently say it was 10/10. Super clean, comfy bed with satin-white linens, great pillows, and strong water pressure. Breakfasts were excellent: fresh juices, detox waters, tasty omelets, house-made bread from an outdoor oven, and proper barista coffee — all included. When I had a sudden migraine, the reception kindly arranged medication from a pharmacy — delivered in 20 minutes for just 2 euros. That kind of care really matters. The pool is clean and checked daily, and in the evenings, there are charming touches like outdoor movies with popcorn and snacks. This hotel truly shines with its peaceful vibe, attentive service, and thoughtful details. I would love to return and highly recommend it.

I recently stayed at Cook’s Club El Gouna, and I can honestly say it was an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect. The rooms were always spotless, thanks to Fahd, who made sure everything was clean and regularly checked if we needed anything. Such great attention to detail! By the pool, the service was top-notch. Hesham Ali provided excellent service—always friendly and attentive. Salam brought a fantastic energy to the pool area, always making sure guests were in a great mood. Hamoodi was also incredibly helpful and always went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. At the bar, Omar made some of the best drinks I’ve ever had! He was super friendly and really knew how to mix a perfect cocktail. The overall vibe of the hotel was relaxed yet vibrant, with amazing staff that truly made the stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Cook’s Club El Gouna to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. Can’t wait to come back!

The vibe was great, the location was good, the staff were exceptional, especially Mohamed Tarek and Haidi Hany - outstanding!

The room was too small, not enough storage space. The reception area of the hotel was OK but I think it could be better, better use of the space, a bit more trendy perhaps. The pool area decking was tatty, was being refurbed during the day whilst we were there - odd. The food was sometimes slow in arriving and on one occasion it was cold. I did complain and the bar staff looked to fix for the next time. The bar staff were also great in accommodating my order as I am wheat intolerant and for fixing me drinks as I had a cold and upset stomach.

We spend a wonderful week in Cook's Club, El Gouna. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff. The overall atmosphere is a perfect blend of relaxation and vibrant energy. The food was super, especially the very rich breakfast buffet offering a variety of tasty options. Not only the room (we stayed in room 354) but the hotel itself was immaculately clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. There are lots of options to be active but if you just want to relax and do nothing nobody will push you. What truly made a difference was the exceptional service provided by all the staff. A special thanks to Ahmed from the Laguna/Pool team, Ali from housekeeping, and Ibrahim from the bar – they truly made our stay extra special. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great communication with their team prior and during stay. Sometimes when booking online the hotel goes quiet on you it can be stressful but Cook's Club was great and this and it really helped us be prepared for our trip! We only had breakfast meals during our stay and this was great every morning - excellent choice and really fresh ingredients. Staff everywhere were super friendly and really welcoming.

Booked a standard room and that's what we got. I'd consider upgrading to one of the bigger rooms as standard ones are on smaller side. The cocktails were good but could be improved. Better off ordering a local wine or beer :)

Upon arrival my husband and I were welcomed at reception with cocktail drinks and by an extremely polite and helpful receptionist, Mohammed. Mohammed swiftly ensured the check in was smooth because we arrived 12 am due to our delayed flight. From start to finish, our stay at Cooks Club was a delightful experience, the staff went above and beyond, ensuring that we were always comfortable. In my humble opinion, the hotel is beautiful but makes the hotel as such are the individuals running the daily operations; from the reception staff to the chef, restaurant waiting staff, cleaners and security. Also, I cannot leave a review without a special shout out to the security guard Mohammed. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our daily evening conversation with Mohammed, always smiling and helpful. Thank you Cooks Club for the hospitality and making our stay a memorable experience. For the above said reasons, I shall be booking the next trip, returning to your beautiful hotel and country.

I had 4 lovely nights and days at Cook's Club. All I needed was an undisturbed and relaxed stay. Some down time from my job and a few days to charge up in the sun. As someone that didn't want to leave the hotel other than for a stroll or maybe dinner, this was the perfect location and hotel. The staff was amazing, the breakfast vast (shoutout to Fahim for his excellent pancakes and fun attitude). Special recommendations go out to the Monday BBQ. If you are travelling alone like me or with your partner or friend and you are looking for a relaxed time and plan to stay mostly at the hotel, look no further. For everyone else, the hotel and surroundings also offer more day trip activities but I didn't look at them to give a judgement. Just know that there are things to do if you would like to. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the gym. It's built for Instagram but not for use. The weights are massive but light as everything is built out of wood and for strength training there are just two machines. Anyway, if I visit the red sea area again, I would come back!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff is great. The pool is amazing in everyway. The breakfast buffet is possibly the best I've ever tried. And the location is walking distance from the main entertainment area. The pool bar menu prices for both food and drinks is relatively reasonable.

From all the power outlets in the room, only one actually works properly. The beach is very far even if you take the shuttle boat. Dinner buffet event prices are exorbitant. Finally, the room night rate is probably in top 10% most expensive in the entire country.
