Great location,great amenities, just overall worth the money. They have 3 pools, putt , putt, tennis, arcade room it does cost for those but it's cheap , movie night they play different movies for the kids. Great location to everything. Brew thru drive thru is right beside it so very convenient. I would def stay again. The only downside is we did have to change rooms for last night but it was fine they moved us very quickly. I believe it was because we only booked 3 nights. It's a timeshare so they book by weeks but you can book different nights as well. The indoor pool also has a hot tub and their all open till 10pm.

Great setup for families. The 2-bedroom apartments are large enough and cozy for 2+2 families. Not so much partying around, so it is rather a quiet stay. About 10 minutes walk to the beach is a good exercise.

Golf course nearby. While it is nice to have the west facing balcony, the golf course is a bit dangerous. One day I just got up from the chair and less than 30 seconds later a golf ball flew right into the chair braking it. Supposedly the golf course takes no responsibility... and I think that should be changed. Huge traffic congestion. We arrived on Sunday afternoon - no problem. And left on Saturday afternoon - no problem either. But if you arrive on Saturday afternoon - huge traffic coming in. And if you want to leave on Saturday morning - huge traffic coming out.

Good size 2 bed 2 bath apartment for family vacation. It offers FREE laundry, of course you still need to pay for supplies if you don’t bring any. They have many facilities: one large indoor pool, 2 medium size outdoor pools, a kids play ground with sand pit, mini golf, a basketball court, a couple of pickleball courts, a gym, an activity room with arcades, pool, ping pong table and family games, and a movie theater/room. It is in a great location, a few blocks away from the beach front, still recommend to drive to a public parking lot though. You can easily get food and groceries from a nearby Food Lion and many good restaurants. It is also close to the Wright Brother memorial.

Indeed the property is little dated, but we certainly feel the efforts that the management spent to maintain its value. The carpet floor of my unit was recently replaced, the master bathroom also has its new furniture.

We have stayed at Seascape Beach and Golf Villas several times and really like the location which is about two blocks from the beach. It's also close to other restaurants and not too far down on the Outer Banks. They have been upgrading/renovating the property, especially in the accommodations, and I imagine they are going to continue doing them. The fresh paint on the outside, new carpet, painting, and bathrooms inside look good .

My wife found the master bedroom mattress to be poor. I imagine the kitchen cabinets will be upgraded at some point as they are original and not in great shape. The activities that are provided are pretty much the same as we had before. The summer price of $291 per night is okay if you've got a family of four or perhaps six people staying there, but it seems a little on the high side for just two people.

I felt like the listing for this stay was described really well, we got what we signed up for, in the best way! The apartment was very clean, the staff was friendly, available, and helpful. As a bonus, the property had extra amenities we weren't expecting, like free family movie nights in their theater room, 3 pools (1 indoor and 2 outside), hot tub, mini golf, tennis, etc. Great place to stay with family

The beds could have been a bit comfier, although I was able to sleep on them, so they weren't terrible, and some of the pots and pans need replaced in the unit, but again, usable.

Location was great, in terms of proximity to the beach (walking distance, although a bit on the long side)...

There was not a single sharp knife available. We ended up asking for a pairing knife and bread knife, and they were delivered. A lot of rental properties we have used throughout the years don't have good knifes, but the ones in this unit were among the cheapest and dullest I have ever seen.

The condo and rooms were great. Tons of storage space and room to spread out. The pools, arcade, courts, and putting greens were exactly as pictured.

The condo could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The bathrooms had hair on the floors and surfaces. The kitchen is listed as fully stocked and ours was not. No cutting board, mixing bowls, and serving utensils.

Sea Scape has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool and hot tube. All of the facilities were extremely clean. Our apartment was clean and well maintained. Furniture was in good repair and comfortable. It is modest apartment, but we knew going in. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and the guests were families. It is 2 blocks from the beach and we were able to find parking easily. Laundry facilities were excellent too. I enjoyed it and will look at it again in the future as a place to stay in Kitty Hawk.

No complaints.

The amenities were fantastic. My daughter loved the playground which was clean and well-maintained. The location was great but a little difficult to get to the beach without a car.

The room looked very clean, but we did find a giant roach on the couch the morning we left. Since we were expected to leave everything clean we would have appreciated a broom and/or a mop.

This was my 4th time at Sea Scape, and every time I’ve been has been great! the pools and hot tub are always clean, the rooms are clean and spacious, and there are so many amenities on the property!

The only thing I can say is that it is a ~12 minute walk to the beach, which can be tough in the summer with all of the beach gear. We did find a place to park closer to the beach that is across the street that made that trip a lot easier!
