Rona and the staff were incredible with us, amazing us both. Accommodating and were given a room upgrade to their best room due to the hotel being quiet after the recent music festival. The room we got I would definitely book again. Stunning large bay window over looking the golf course and beachfront with the windows open you could listen to the waves crashing. So relaxing. The room was spacious and inviting with a lounge area bay window seating area, large king sized bed and large bathroom with walk in shower. The place was spotless and had everything you would need. The restaurant downstairs had amazing meals on offer with all the staff going above and beyond to keep the very busy restaurant moving with ease. Possibly one of the nicest stays we have had at a hotel for a while. Will definitely be back.

Hotel was chosen for its location so perfect. Breakfast and dinner both very good. Staff really excellent.

The electronic lock to my room defied me on many occasions, although the helpful staff seemed to have the knack. My friend did not have a sea-view room - my original booking for us was for two sea-view rooms, I changed that booking to a later date and, unknown to me, the hotel did not have two sea-view rooms for the revised date. I got lucky with an upgraded room, he got a small room overlooking the street so not as happy.

Fabulous location and clean. Very good food and drinks too.

Our room was in the annex. Main door didn’t close gently so our room shook every time people came and went at all hours. Walls really thin too. Could hear word for word what our neighbours spoke about!! Also, slightly concerning that there was no pass or code required on main door of annex meaning anyone could come and go. Bathroom could do with some hooks or rails for towels. No mirror in room.

the staff are excellent very friendly, helpful and welcoming. breakfast was lovely. view from room was stunning. did get fright first harrier jet that appeared so noisy lol

I was in room 3 not sure what was above me but so noisy with creaking floor boards banging etc late at night. also able to hear the music from bar. overall maybe wee touch up needed the room door don't have identical locking which is a first some key others key pad 🤔

Everything! Very nice spacious room with excellent kitchen, shower facilities. Very comfortable double bed. Excellent WiFi and TV signal. Had my room upgraded for free to sea view, which was amazing. Good location from town centre. Not noisy at all, even though it was part of a pub (was very nice and quiet). Windows double glazed holding warmth very well and cancelling noise of sea waves etc... Definitely coming back there!

I can't think of any downsides. Price is appropriate for such a great hotel.

Location was excellent for our purpose with beautiful views. Staff were excellent and extremely friendly and helpfull. Food was extremely good with good portions. Would definately use this hotel again.would recommend it to others.

We were a party of five with 3 rooms. The only downside was that one couple and a sigle lady were allocated rooms in the Annexe which meant leaving the main building and negotiating unlit stone steps to reach our rooms. Although clean with nice views across the golf course and sea, the rooms were very clean but in need of updating to the modern standard of the double room in the main building .The single room was very small and turned out to be very cold overnight. Comfy beds however made up for this followed up by excellent breakfasts.

I have stayed at this hotel on about 5 occasions. The location of the hotel is very good with fabulous views across the Moray Firth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and have tea and coffee making facilities. On this occasion, I didn't have the evening meal, but the breakfast is very good and suits me very much with what i like to eat on a morning. This hotel is extremely good and is well placed near the golf course in Lossiemouth.

The shower was not very powerful and took a while to get hot.

From the minute I arrived I was made to feel welcome, The host is amazing (American gent?) Staff exceptional. The place is spotless, comfortable and the food is good value & to die for. I will be back. As someone who travels regularly for business this ticked every box and I would happily take my family too. Fantastic view of the beach and RAF jets and planes (without the noise) for enthusiasts.

The staff very friendly always a smile when I spoke to them nothing was to much trouble girls in the restaurant friendly and you could see they made the guest relaxed great atmosphere the staff very nice,the food was great value my room was spotless thank you emma great job Defoe will be back thank you x.

Minimum wage those girls deserve alot more x.

The rooms was excellent, and the view out into the Moray Bowl was outstanding. The location for the views and for the town are perfect. The staff were lovely, friendly, flexible and helpful. Breakfast was great. It's been recently renovated and the rooms were all really nicely done.
