We had a great view to the sea side from both rooms we booked. One of them was quite spacious. The other one was not small, just had a regular size, and came with an access to a separate common lounge. The B&B is pretty cozy. It's located in a small town with some restaurants nearby (which can get busy, so it might be good to book in advance). The rooms have kettles with tea and some snacks. We had a good breakfast and a refreshing stay. Our host was eager to provide any information we might need and was prompt to respond to our messages.
Bathrooms are made in a budget way. That wasn't a big concern for us because everything there worked well.

Breakfast was tasty. Loved the fresh fruit & yoghurt & requests for alternative breakfast was very kindly accommodated . The room(Morven) was nicely furnished & spacious. Excellent shower. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful views from both windows. Ishbel is an excellent host, very welcoming & attentive to all your needs.
No choice of fruit juice at breakfast... Lack of sockets close to the bed. Bathroom slightly grubby. Noisy guests late at night. These are just little personal gripes, none of which would put me off staying again.

We enjoyed staying in a traditional home; that it was the childhood home of the person sharing it with us made it feel very special. The room was very comfortable, and though Ishbel apologized that it was the only room without an ocean view it was still lovely and she insisted on us having the best view at breakfast, which was delicious and beautifully presented.
We would have loved to visit with Ishbel!

Lovely location and stunning sea views. Friendly and welcoming host. Small, but comfortable room. Recommended Lovely breakfast too
Advertised as having a walk in shower, which I much prefer as I have mobility issues. It was actually a cubicle shower, with quite a high step. I did manage, but would always prefer an Actual walk in. Water pressure very good.

On arrival you will be greeted with the warmest of welcomes and a quick brief of the layout. My room had a fantastic view of the surrounding area which was enjoyed from the comfort of the settee. The breakfast was outstanding, I only wish I had more time to enjoy it.
On this occasion I was fortunate enough to have the work car, which would fit comfortably on the drive. Some future visits would involve taking a large van and due to the nature of my work should be off road parked. This would be a make or break situation due to the height of the van and the entrance of the driveway.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the Norland B&B. We shared a twin room which was plenty big enough for both of us for a 3 night stay. The view was amazing, overlooking the sea and the lighthouse. Our breakfast was beyond lovely. Plenty of choice - even included haggis. Overall the whole stay was perfect.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Very welcoming host, very professional. The house is located in a stunning spot. We know the area very well and we're exceptionally pleased with our view. Our room was a little small but we had our own private lounge which we could use if we so wished but we were very Happy with our room. Breakfast was lovely and parking isn't an issue. We parked on the road and it was fine. Comfy beds, nice bathroom. Fantastic view. We will return one day.

Very nice house with bedroom overlooking the sea with view over the Moray Forth to the Black Isle. Breakfast was first class with excellent choice of fruit and cerial together with a cooked breakfast. Very comfortable bed & spotlessly clean room. Would recommend this accommodation its the best in Lossiemouth!

We had a double room with fantastic sea view, comfortable bed and plenty of space. Generous breakfast, and hot was cooked to order. Close to 2 beautiful sandy beaches. We ate in 3 different restaurants, which were all good. Ishbel is a lovely host.
Nothing to note.
