Breakfast was superb! Very fresh, tasty and local. Best Scottish breakfast I've had. The house was very clean, well-kept and fresh, and our bedroom had not long been renovated. Good range of tea/coffee condiments and replenished when needed. Our hosts were friendly, courteous and very responsive to our needs - we enjoyed their friendliness and sense of humour. Plenty of room to park, and access to the grounds and property was excellent. As well as safe keeping for my bike (we used the hosts' garage). Beautiful, well-kept front garden and front access. We had a short stay, but it was extremely comfortable and everything we needed.

We found the traffic on the road outside our room (front) was a little noisy early Monday morning, but it certainly didn't spoil our trip.

Breakfast was excellent. You had a wide variety on offer and could order as much or little as you liked. Really suited to every individual's taste. The welcome was amazing. Having toured around Scotland for a few days, this welcome really outshone the rest. The door was opened wide and a friendly voice and face encouraged us to enter the property. Our bags were carried to a lovely room which was spacious, clean and bright with light. We were offered advice on where to eat in the evening and encouraged to enjoy our stay.

The property was in a good location for getting into town, and walking distance to the distillery. The dining room was nice, with a choice of breakfast items.

The room was small and not enough sockets. The bathroom was so tiny, with mold on the ceiling, it didn’t feel good. We didn’t like ordering breakfast the night before, as we were not feeling well, and didn’t know what we would feel like. Also, the latest time to eat was 0830 much too early.

Having stayed there before I knew what to expect and it was the usual very high standards that I experienced previously. Better still, they remembered me from my previous stays over two years ago. There is always a warm welcome with lovely rooms and great food at breakfast time. It feels like home from home and I certainly intend to stay there again. I recommend staying at the West End Guest House.

A warm welcome from the hosts to this gem of a guest house. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, reasonably priced complete with an excellent breakfast. A great location with just a short walk to nearby restaurants and free on site parking.

Nice simple breakfast. Multiple options (going from full english breakfast to fruit salad and other things) nice large room with an en-suite bathroom and some extra armchairs.

the lights on the nightstand were difficult to operate

From when we arrived everything was perfect.I am usually quite fussy but Blair and Ross made us most welcome until we left. The breakfast was superb as was the room and bed. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Very clean and comfortable guest house. Great location. Hosts were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was prepared to order and very tasty.

Not a dislike but a little suggestion, maybe some background music possibly the radio over breakfast.

5 minutes walk from Elgin town centre. I had the room with separate, but private, bathroom. Bathroom was across the landing, and had a bath, if that is important to you, and a good electric shower above the bath. The room and bed were very comfortable. Blair & Ross were excellent hosts. Breakfast was very good (tottie scones, but no haggis!).

We had a lovely stay in Ross and Blair's beautiful guesthouse! Both hosts were very welcoming and kind. The location was convenient, close to the town centre and the train station. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast every morning was great with plenty of options to choose from. Definitely recommended!
