The location was fantastic! Hotel is literally at the beach and in walking distance to downtown! Restaurant is worth every penny with melt in your mouth filet mignon and ocean views. Hot tub was an added bonus! Also, staff were amazing! If you needed something from the front desk, they were there right away. I’ve never experienced a hotel having that fast a response before. They also genuinely seem interested in you having a great stay!

When I picked up phone, I noticed it wasn’t clean. Everything else seemed clean. Also, It was hard for me to get into hot tub. I could have used a small step stool or ladder. Also, I wish they had breakfast in the restaurant during the week. They only have brunch on Saturday and Sunday. Monday through Friday, they only offer room service in a basket with a limited menu and sausage is not offered, only bacon, and ham is offered in an omelet. None of these issues were major. Just would have made my stay a 10, instead of a 9.

I visited my daughter, who lives nearby, and picked a place right on the beach since it wasn't that expensive. Access to the hotel was good (an easily accessed parking structure that led directly to the lobby), and we found a parking place right away. Since the restaurant looked so good, we decided to spend the afternoon there and had drinks and dinner there, walking down to the beach afterward (it is right there). The lobby staff were very pleasant, and the restaurant staff were fun and the food and drinks great (excellent French Martini!). The view from the restaurant was great. The room was very nice, and I'll stay here whenever I come to visit her!

Right on the beach and a few steps from the pier, super clean, great customer service in the hotel and in the restaurant. The room was very clean, provided two bottles of water daily, fresh coffee pods, and even paper towels for the sink by the coffee area. Shampoo, conditioner and body gel provided and even body cream! We felt that we had everything we could possibly need. They also had beach towels and chairs for the guests if needed. The parking lot is private and it has plenty of space.

Right on the beach, you were able to borrow towels and chairs. Amazing views from the 3rd floor restaurant which we ate at one night. Parking included within the ‘facility charge’

No air con. Fan in room and a window you could open but room very warm in day and you had to leave the window open at night, which meant you got a lot of noise from neighbouring properties and refuse trucks early in the morning. Also no curtains and a bank of glass in the ceiling so you were woken early whether you liked it or not.

Really enjoyed our stay here, we stayed in a partial sea view room and although partly overlooking a car park it was still nice to see the sea when you went outside onto your balcony. The hot tub and the fireplace were both lovely touches and a nice addition to a standard room. Bottled water was included which was great. Bed was firm but comfortable. Staff were friendly and it was an easy check in/check out. Parking was also available although not very many spaces. Great location to the main areas of Pismo, very walkable.

Probably could do with a slight revamp, maybe more so in the bathrooms - shower wasn’t very powerful. Hallways seemed a bit tired.

We were very welcomed with a surf-touch but professional style at the reception. Private parking was easy and under the building. Room had an outdoor hottub with sea-sight and a working gas-fireplace which was a very nice touch. The restaurant on the top floor with sea view gave us a really nice experience because we arrived just before sunset and wanted to enjoy the view but didn’t want to leave the hotel on search for some dinner. Staff was very friendly

The beach is right there when you walk out of the hotel. Rooms have hot tubs. Rooms are very clean! The staff is very welcoming and nice!

The only small complaint I have is we were on the second floor and we could hear the upstairs hot tub at 11:30 at night. The hot tub pump is loud and when on. I think if it wasn't on we wouldn't have heard it. Other than that a wonderful stay. This was on our last night, they did offer to move us but we declined since we were leaving the following day.

The location was awesome we walked everywhere in Pismo and it was right on the beach. Lobby was cool Little shop in Lobby Girlfriend bought a cool top and a summer dress

No breakfast in the morning except for breakfast in bed No Air Conditioner luckily it wasn't hot. could hear guests near us talking. Microwave would have been nice add on

Everything. We lived the hot-tub on the balcony, location and restaurant on the beach. Since we rode in on a motorcycle, we loved that there was a parking garage too.

Not much, the water wasn’t safe to drink at the time, but that wasn’t anything anyone could help. We couldn’t enjoy a hot cup of coffee at the restaurant for breakfast, oh well, we ordered a fun ‘mock tail’ before we rode home.

Great place to stay. Staff is exceptional. Rooms are a decent size. We stayed in the king room with fireplace, which came in handy on a cold night. Bed was comfortable. Luckily, no noisy neighbors, got a good night’s sleep. Would stay here again.

Very thin walls. Be sure to pack a sleeping eye mask, our room had a skylight and woke us up at sunrise. Over all, earplugs and an eye mask. Would definitely recommend!
