The Enterkine is absolutely beautiful inside and out, with such attention to detail. The food was second to none, and the wine list was exceptional. We stayed in the rooms away from the main hotel, which initially felt like it might be a downgrade.....how wrong we were. The annexe is glorious and so well appointed (rainfall shower head anyone) The staff are to be applauded. They were perfectly attentive without being intrusive, and nothing was a problem for them. Of note, there was a large-scale wedding underway when we stayed, and we did not hear a thing. There was no negative impact on our stay, and we will absolutely be back to stay again.

There was nothing to dislike

Staff , including the hotel owner were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Made you feel very relaxed and absolutely nothing was any problem to them. We were guests at a wedding the following day and again they were extremely busy but 100% pleasant , professional and very helpful. The apartment is recently renovated to a very high standard and there are some works being carried out in the grounds at the minute. They were also very pleasant and kept disruption to an absolute minimum. Very pleasant stay and would return again

room was outstanding, just as in pictures! food was great waitresses where lovely very friendly

no hairdryer in room we were told water in room then had to ask 3 times to get some. no milk for tea and coffee, had to ask for this. my biggest concern was my husband had to go down to reception to ask for these and there was no one there, it was pitch black (it was 9:30) and no automatic light so he almost fell down stairs then pc was left on with our booking details on it for all to see, a severe breach of GDPR. was told this couldn’t have happened when spoke to someone so felt not taken seriously

Very clean, modern boutique vibe staff were fantastic and so nice and accommodating. We had originally booked a hotel room but they had a wedding up so we were lucky to be upgraded to a lodge so we weren’t in about the noise Staff were amazing will definitely come back

A mix up with booking.com and the resort but it was eventually sorted. We stayed for a wedding which was fabulous.

Toilet flushed all night which was fixed the following day. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel is immaculate staff extremely helpful upgraded us to the gatehouse was luxurious. Food was amazing and very reasonably priced will definitely be back

clean, fresh and well presented. staff are lovely and really helpful. room was lovely and enjoyed the bath in the middle of the room. tv had Netflix you could log in and overall really nice stay.

nothing about the property just room is on the slightly higher end of the price scale

Nice country house with excellent wedding venue, with comfortable accommodation and excellent Scottish breakfast. Great bars and a whisky room.

Accommodation was a pod adjacent to the main hotel building, which was not expected from the booking details, but was very comfortable for the one night stay. I would not wish to stay in the pod for more than 2 nights, as it was short of hanging space for clothes, and rain on roof is a constant background noise.

We travelled by car. The location is in the country but near to Prestwick Airport and the town of Ayr. One would certainly need a car. Hotel reception beautifully set out. Staff helpfully, food excellent, room very comfortable, shower great plenty of hot water.
