One of the best experiences i've ever had , the staff was amazing and really helpfull! i loved them ! The breakfast was amazing aswell, the room was getting cleaned every day! If you learn the ropes the location is good aswell , close to a bus station and 10 min from the ferry to valetta. ( if you are having issues u SHOULD use an app to call for a cab. DO IT )

Unfortunately the sound of the elevator and a construction site nearby bothered me a bit . Earplugs saved the day :D so i suggest bringing some pairs and your experience will be 10/10

Having been opened in April 2023, it is a brand new hotel with a modern, clean design, 6 floors with a lift and around 18-20 air-conditioned rooms. I received detailed and kind answers to several of my questions before the trip. I was given the access code in good time, knowing that there would be no receptionist late at night (but we were able to discuss everything in person the next morning). The service in the simply furnished restaurant in the basement is friendly, the continental breakfast includes the basic sortiment with fresh fruits and fresh orange juice. Daily cleaning is to be highlighted. Instead of a superior room, we ended up staying in a junior suite with a small balcony. Room x01 overlooks the wall of the house next door, there was some minor construction on the roof - but it didn't affect our stay. The double bed is not big but comfortable.  Bus stops 21 and 22 are a few meters from the hotel entrance, the bus stop to the town/bus station on the beach is also a few minutes walk away. The hotel is surrounded by grocery shops and many restaurants nearby.  Not a nice view but value for money. 9/10

Suggestions: • 0-24 hours phone availability, • more vegetables for breakfast, • city maps available at the reception, guide books, bus timetables to room/reception (although this was provided on request).

All in all, an average experience. Did not like the room’s view — basically, you are staring into a wall. We were lucky to be on the top floor, so we had more natural light. Staff is super friendly and nice. Room service and cleaning are every day, with new towels, which is a big plus. Breakfast is average, I would say — not too many options. The options are the same each day. If you are staying short-term, it's okay. Come earlier in the morning; you will have more breakfast options. If you arrive 30–45 minutes before the end of breakfast, some foods won’t be available anymore. Good connection to the city center of Valletta — four direct buses at a station 50 m from the hotel. There are 2–3 decently supplied market shops around the hotel. One good bakery that works until at least 22:00, where you can order pizza anytime. Worth the budget, would recommend for staying when in Malta.

Most importantly, the view — you are staring at a wall. The biggest problem, personally, was the lack of fresh air and the inability to get any, because even if you open the windows, there is no fresh air. The "interior garden" is closed off with glass panels at the rooftop. The rooms have AC, which works fine, though.

Location is great. It was several bus stops close to hotel. Pretty fast to ride to every part of island. And this neighborhood is very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was very clean (room was cleaned every day). Furniture looked new and nice It was no fridge in the room (and we bought cheese), but wasn’t a problem, we left it in the kitchen’s fridge. Breakfast was also nice Eggs, some sausages, sweets and fruits and also coffee from coffee machine. Staff was very nice and kind PIN code from hall and room was the day before. And in a day, when you check out, you can use their storage room to keep your bags till 19:00, what was also comfortable.

The only one disadvantage is that , they have 4 rooms on each floor and 2 middle rooms have window which are inside in the building. And it was no access to the fresh air. So it was no air inside in room because of miss of circulation. And they have common system of conditioners , so I can’t even turn on cold air (it was middle of December). It was working only “air” , but in the night it was hot air , so I must to turn off even this. So in night it was stuffy

The location of the hotel is great. It's 5 minutes on foot from many stores and restaurants. There's a great coffee/croissant place a minute down the street. Breakfast at the hotel was versatile and delicious with a mix of sweet and savory options. Self-check-in was seamless and it was great that we could leave our bags there on the last day to explore more before our flight. The staff was nice and pleasant.

Our bed wasn't the most comfortable one, so we couldn't rest properly, but that didn't spoil the trip :)

Very good location: Bus stops 2 minute and 7 minutes walking, depending what busline. Strip with restaurants 7 minutes walking; 24-hour supermarket 3 minutes walking. Breakfast was complete with fruits, eggs, sausage, hashbrown, bacon and more. Everyone in the staff was amazing. We interacted mostly with Jaqueline, Manuela and Joana. They were very kind and always ready to help, so I wanted to explicitly mention them in my review and asked for their names. We really appreciated their help and kindness. Apartment was always cleaned, very nice.

Only thing I disliked were the pillows. To my liking, they were hard and not comfy. I didn't sleep good the first night, but then stuffed a pillow case with other items and could manage. I appreciated that the cleaning staff did not remove this and noticed that I was using it as a pillow and left my make-shift pillow on the bed.

The location of the hotel was super cool, cause it was very central with nice cafes, bakeriew and super markets around. The distance to public transportation was just a few meters away and a 15 minute walk to the ferry that takes you to the city of Valletta. The breakfast was super, with lots of choices, great coffee and friendly staff. The room was spacious and the bed was ok.

The rooms weren't exactly soundproof and you could hear people from other rooms talking and coughing. The reception only works for some hours in the morning, so if you had a problem (like the first 2 nights that people from the room up stairs were being loud, shutting doors, moving furniture late at night) there was no one to talk to and you probably would have to spend a lot of time in the booking app to contact the hotel. The room window was looking towards a skylight, where all the utilities are, so it was ugly and a bit claustrophobic. The last day of our stay the elevator was out of order. The technician was there to fix it but couldn't, so the next day we were checking out the lift was still out of order.

The location was great. At night the neighbourhood calmed down. The room was small, but for 1 night it was okay. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was sufficent, basics and some extra here and there.

The room has a window which has a railing, but calling this a balcony is a little funny. There is a reason why there are no pictures taken from it. You can see an inside wall with some loose furniture at the bottom of this "well". Little claustrophobic, but again, for one night it was fine. Also the walls which separate the rooms are like curtain thin. You can here every small noise from your neighbours.

The hotel was very clean and the staff and the owner was very polite and friendly The room was big and the breakfast was very good with fresh orange juice and home made omelets I will definitely choose to stay there next time

The accomodation was beyond expected. The hotel is new and the rooms are very clean and tidy. They are regularly maintained during the stay - the staff removs garbage, makes bed and changes towels every day. You don t need to bring your socket adapters since they have an input directly for the phone cable. Their breakfast is also great, a large selection of various foods. The hotel is also 10 mins walk away from the ferry and bus stop to Valletta. Would recommend it to anyone 😊
