We stayed at Grand Park for our honeymoon and have been welcomed warmly. Our room was huge and very stylish. The breakfast was delicious and the a la carte menue completed the start into the day nicely. The view from the hotel is unique and only a quick walk away from the old town. The staff is very responsive and helpful. The gym was well equipped but could benefit from water bottles instead of cups. Privat boat transport to Katarina island and to the hidden beach via gold cart are a true experience!

Food in the restaurant on the ground floor (level 0) was too expensive and not of comparable quality, chicken breast was fried and oily and the medium beef tenderloin came well done (twice). We ate there once and didnt go back.

The property was absolutely stunning, well beyond even the pictures produced online. The welcome and welcome drinks were all fantastic, and staff were so friendly from arrival to leaving. The rooms are massive, with the plunge pool being a lovely luxury addition. The bath and shower were deluxe as well. Bed was very comfortable and the throw was so good we’re going to buy one ourselves!

The only issue (which don’t even affect it’s 10/10 rating) is the fact we felt the €9 service fee for room service was a tad much, and could be a little bit lower for those guests looking at a more frequent use of this luxury service. That’s literally the only thing however. Nothing else to declare.

The room, facilities, breakfast and staff were extraordinary! Truly a five star experience. The spa was world class as was the service throughout the hotel. If you needed something, be it a ride, bikes, boats, a particular breakfast, the staff would happily accommodate. The location was wonderful - just far enough away from the city to be quiet and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to walk to the city center.

The only thing that could be improved upon - the chair and seating in the room and in most of the public spaces are uncomfortable. Also some of the spaces feel to vast (cold) such as the bar and main restaurant space. It wouldn't take much to make it a bit more intimate and inviting.

Where to start, * Exceptional hotel staff (probably the best we ever witnessed) - everybody was very kind, smiling, making sure we got everything * The views, it can't be described or photographed, you have to see it with your own eyes * The infinity pool, spa, pool in the room - beach bag with slippers * Cleanliness, even the bed cover smells great, like right out of a washing machine :) * Michelin restaurant Cap Aureo, a la carte breakfast, bars * The little details - like stickers Remember, many informations about art and history in Rovinj, Polaroid camera in room, etc.

Beach is not direct part of the hotel, you need to get boat transport (but it adds to the experience, so it's not a real negative) or use sister's hotel beach.

Basically, everything is perfect. The room is large. We had a huge balcony with a view over the town, which was amazing. The room is cleaned and replenished twice a day regularly. The breakfast is perfect (a combination of a la carte and buffet) with every dish you can imagine (eggs benedict, miso suop and variety of vegetarian dishes, to name a few...). There are a couple of restaurants (one was closed, though), all of which are amazing. The pool area is on the 5th floor and has views over the entire Rovinj. The concierge and the valet parking are also here. It's definitely the best hotel we've been to.

I'm hqve to be very nitpicking to find anything bad. The bathroom in the room is pretty peculiar. It doesn't have walls but has glass separating it from the rest of the room. The glass is frosted, however. Meaning you get a worst of both worlds; you can't really see inside or outside, but if you go.to.toilet in the middle of the night and turn on the bathroom light will light up the entire room (including anyone sleeping in the bed). There were a lot of free sunbeds in the pool area when we were here but keep in mind we visited the hotel in April. Judging by the number of sunbeds, I wouldn't be surprised to find them all occupied if the hotel is full. Also, this is a fairly expensive hotel, although it is worth every cent it still is expensive.

This hotel had been on my wish list for quite some time—and now that I’ve finally experienced it, I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortlessly luxurious yet incredibly welcoming. The architecture and design are stunning, seamlessly blending modern elegance with the natural beauty of Rovinj’s coastline. The views? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of the old town and the sparkling Adriatic Sea felt like a dream. Every detail, from the spacious rooms to the perfectly curated spa, was thoughtfully executed. The staff were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. What made the experience even more unforgettable was the surprise birthday gesture waiting in the room—a chilled bottle of champagne and a lovely handwritten card. It was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel truly special and celebrated. The entire stay felt like a perfect escape—peaceful, inspiring, and indulgent in the best way possible. Grand Park Hotel Rovinj is everything I hoped it would be and more. I truly can’t praise it enough. Already dreaming about coming back!

My stay at Grand Hotel Park in Rovinj was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning design, luxurious amenities, and the breathtaking surroundings. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully decorated, offering both comfort and elegance. The wellness and spa facilities are outstanding, providing the perfect place to relax and recharge. Every time we returned to our room, we were pleasantly surprised to find the bed beautifully made and a small thoughtful treat waiting for us, which made us feel truly cared for. What made my experience truly unforgettable, however, was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was genuinely kind, attentive, and exceptionally helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and warm hospitality exceeded all my expectations and made me feel genuinely welcome. Thanks to this wonderful experience, I am already planning my next stay at Grand Hotel Park. I can’t wait to return to this beautiful haven of peace and luxury in Rovinj!

Although everything was perfect, the breakfast selection could be a bit richer considering the price of the accommodation.

Best thing about this hotel is the view of old town Rovinj and location right next to the sea, among pine trees. Staff is very kind. Rooms and bathrooms are uncommonly large.

Pillows are terrible. Everyone in the spa is going around naked, which I know is common in these areas, but I felt uncomfortable. Nespresso machine and capsules are available free of charge in the room, but no complimentary bottle of water. Breakfast selection is quite limited in the buffet section, most is served a la carte, but you need to know to ask for it. The first day we had a waiter who missed to explain all the options, so only the second day we realized that there is fresh orange juice available, various egg options, waffles etc, we just had to specifically order them.

The location and views from the hotel were out of this world. It is a luxury hotel and you feel this as you step into the reception and have a drink on the terrace. The pool floor is amazing, best part of the facilities and great to have choice of infinity pool overlooking Rovinj and the bay, plus swimmers pool and relaxing one. The staff were all very friendly and the concierge wonderful. They made great restaurant reservations for us and a sunset boat trip.

For a five star hotel the service systems need improvement. For example in the Primi Terreni grill restaurant we had to chase each round of drinks, to the point my husband had to get up and go to the bar for our glasses of wine to accompany our main course. The food was great but it really impacted the experience not to have our drinks served. Whilst the restaurant manager was proactively asking for our feedback the next day and the reception manager too, there was no concrete gesture to make amends for this. At one point my husband suggested a free bottle of wine and that was ignored. I don’t want to give a bad impression of the staff, they were all lovely but I think there needs to be some reworking of the service systems to truly excel as a luxury five star resort.

Beautiful hotel, incredibly well designed with no cost spared for any furnishing. Loved the location to the local town, really easy to walk to and the housekeeping was superb. Also the hotel rooms are amazing, the bed is so comfortable making the stay so enjoyable.

Not much to not like, only as feedback a few times at breakfast it could be a bit slower for service and it seemed a bit rushed and inconsistent some days with the weekdays being a lot better with service in comparison to the weekends. Also the staff around the pool are excellent but one particular member was not as pleasant service wise making you feel slightly uncomfortable ordering- Alas the rest in general are really great and accommodating.
