Breakfast is delicious and lots of choice. Buffet style but staff are very helpful and attend to any requests. Excellent location. Very close to bus terminal and sanctuary. We booked half board and the evening meals were fantastic. Choice of a la carte or buffet. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Hygiene and cleanliness very evident in this hotel and staff are so friendly and helpful.

Absolutely nothing..its the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. We could even avail of a beautiful coffee and a fab cuppa at very small charge. Just what we needed after the candlelight procession. Beautiful bar very well laid out but manages to make it just like home.

Prior to staying at this property, we had stayed in two 5stars hotel in London, this hotel had beaten them in all aspects. Kudos to the owner and staffs. Special mention on 3 staffs namely Romeo, Angelo and Daniel. Never had experience the cleanliness and sanitising of the hotel daily and has a wonderful experience.Also not forgetting the chef, must try their Seafood spaghetti, the best ever. Staffs had been a great 👍 asset to the hotel. I have 38 years of experience in Sales and Service. My credentials are good enough to appraise. Location is superb.

A big factor is it’s location near the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fatima & also it’s proximity to the main bus station.

Everything was perfect!! Marvelous!!! The service. Facilities ( air-conditioned wirh 40 °C perfect!! )., accesibility to Santuario all the things were great!! If I would visit once more I will stay this hotel. THANK YOU FOR ALL!!!

One thing I didn't like on Booking .Com is that suggest two types of room with different price which i chose more expensive room but I finally knew that there are no difference.

Large comfortable bedroom and bathroom in a beautiful hotel. Most comfortable bed of our 3 week trip! Also best shower! Short walk to the Fatima Shrine and many shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. We were able to check in early as they had a clean room available.
