was booked to a location that was to far from what i was doing canceled then made a reservation in venice when i got there they said they did not have a reservation so i had to do a walk in, plus they did not give me the senior rate

The rooms have been recently remodeled. The paint job coukd have bern a little bit neater but other than that everything was great. I will recommend to visitors.

property had severe damage from hurricane Ian. we were checked in efficiently. we were asked about room preferences.

we did not have anything we did not like.

Super clean! Has some nice updates like-new bathroom and paint, USB charging ports AND adjustable lighting from several locations around room. HDMI port on flat screen TV was handy too. No contact check-in for added safety. And a HUGE THANK YOU for the kindness shown by staff!! And our dog was welcome too!

Nothing, really. Some remodeling underway, but a pleasant stay.

Easy check in. Pool was very clean. Rooms were recently updated. I loved the hard floor instead of carpet. Especially since they allow pets. Bathrooms were on the smaller size but plenty of room in the shower.

I just wish a saty was a full 24 hours.

Started off couple issues but all in all ended up being very nice people n staff was very accommodating to our needs thank you all

The size of the room.... cleanliness.... And location.

I didn't like that we were in 1st floor. All we had to look at was people's cars in the parking lot. We are from PA so it was an experience to have 80degree temps in Dec and Jan and we like to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Extra clean. Great beds and pillows. Amazing staff.
