Great location right in the center of town, around the corner from many shops and restaurants. A short walk to the beach. Around the corner from the bike path. Great bike/walking/golf cart path that goes the length of the island, about 7 miles. It was very wide along well maintained landscaping and takes you to both lighthouses on one end and a fishing pier on the other end. The Inn was recently redone in a beachy motif. Our room was large and comfortable. We had a great stay!

check-in was a little tricky. I assumed I was going to a hotel where staff was always there. I should have checked my email and let the host know we would be getting in later than the check in times. It worked out well though and I was happy to have keyless entry.

The location was amazing! Didn't expect that there was a $6 toll to get to the hotel every time you went off the island, surprise! But, there's plenty to do and see while there, full of upper end restaurants and beautiful beaches. There is a Publix just down the street, as well as a general store on island. Publix will be cheaper, even with the toll.

The room didn't cool down as much as I would have liked, but it wasn't uncomfortable.

Location was awesome. We walked everywhere. It was very quiet and a large apartment for the 4 of us. Large screened in porch that we used a lot. Kitchen was nice and renovated. We would stay again.

Another bathroom would have been nice (we stayed in a 2 br. apartment), but since this is an old house, probably hard or not possible to renovate.

Very quite and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room, #3, had one small air conditioner which had a hard time cooling, especially in bedroom and bath. Our daughter stayed in room 6 which was very comfortable.

I liked the location. It was only a couple blocks away from the beach. Boca grande island is a nice place to visit. It was so quiet and clean. Me and my wife walked around with no shoes on.

There was a huge insect dead by the toilet in the bathroom. I had to get rid of it before my wife would go in there.

Close access to the beach and town

Bathroom is not ac, ac was all room or window, which was good for those areas. The bathroom was very hot.

The location was perfect and check in was easy. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Needed more decorations ( not one picture on the wall) and more glasses, plates, silverware and wine glasses.

Bed was comfortable. Basic room. Kitchenette was handy for breakfast. Pricey, but clean and close to the town and beach. About what I expected.

Great location and very clean

Didn't leave sheets for pull out couch. A family adult had to sleep fully clothed on the unmade couch.

The property was very nice and large with a large granite counter kitchen, family room, tv room and Florida room.

The water pressure in the shower was weak. The bathroom was very nice though.
