Loved the staff, room was very clean and well sized. Needed a sofa or something as well to sit on.

The hotel did not inform me the pier had been destroyed by the recent hurricanes. The entire point of coming down to this hotel was to fish that pier. Without it I wasted quite a few days trying to determine a place I was legally able to fish. Not to mention worth fishing.

Location on Boca Grande Island was good. The 6 $ toll we had not expected, but it is what it is, nothing the Hotel is responsible for. Rooms were good and their size was more than expected. You get Beach towels and chairs free of charge. Great offer in our view. The beaches are very clean and not crowded, but as they are State parks, there is a small fee. But absolutely reasonable. the ocean water is awesome and there are so many shells. Really great.

No breakfast on site. If looking for a place to stay in Boca Grande it was great. If looking for a place on the beach it is not on the beach. But close to everything on the island. L loved my room!

The only negative thing is the noise everything echoes in the courtyard area including voiced, the ice machine , cleaning carts, luggage etc. It would not keep me from returning, I would just bring ear plugs or a sound machine

Clean, friendly and great location for my purpose. No elevator made it harder to get luggage to room. We could have stayed on the 1st floor however chose the second, preferring more lighting. Overall, loved it

Lack of ease to get to 2nd floor. But not a game changer. We will be back

The room was very spacious and clean ! The staff was informative and very nice.

The hotel is located at the very beginning of the island and very remote. You have to drive to restaurants, beaches, etc. In the summer the town is a ghost town.

Beautiful property… the staff was excellent. Really friendly and helpful. The best I have ever encountered.

It was a little far from town but absolutely perfect for families of a larger family. The place was exceptional

The ambiance of the room was in line with the surrounding landscape and area - very coastal. But the number 1 thing for me was the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom . The fixtures were sparkling and fresh looking, like brand new! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and one of the cleaning ladies that I saw even helped me with a minor problem I had with the TV. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

There really wasn't anything I didn't like or could complain about.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff (especially Jo!) were kind and welcoming. The grounds of the hotel aren't much - a simple pool really. But we liked that there was a marina and store next door. We enjoyed the golf cart ride to town. Very peaceful.

we have been going to Boca Grande for many years and we always love it. We usually rent a condo for a longer period,but this year with the hurricane we could only find it for a short time and we needed a few days on the end and Boca Grande Hotel was perfect. We highly recommend it. We enjoyed the pool as well as then lovely, spacious and comfortable room.

There is really nothing not to like😊
