This hotel is conveniently located just outside of the Venice downtown area and along a main road so it was very easy to find and navigate from there. The room felt safe and was well cleaned prior to and during our stay. It's not a luxury room, but was in good condition with all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. The pool and hot tub were great, and breakfast was reasonably priced and excellently prepared. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Parking was free and convenient to the room entrance. Fridge and microwave were in good shape.

The water from the sink/shower smelled like sulfur and was undrinkable. We had to buy jugs of water for the room. The door lock was glitchy and would take several attempts to open the door. Our mattress was quite uneven - a large "hill" in the middle with deep depression on one side – not exactly uncomfortable, but showed some uneven wear.

Staff was great. Angie and the other hotel staff did a great job at helping where we needed help to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. Pool area was clean. Rooms were clean. Hotel is in nice location close to downtown and the alot of beaches close by.

Alot of small issues to start off the week. All of our rooms weren't real close together like we had hoped. Had several issues with key cards for all of our rooms faulting out and having to be reset at the front desk every time. Hot tub was not very hot even though it seemed to be working fine.

Location good / rooms are clean / staff helpful/ good parking spaces/ good 👍 money 💰 for value .

We all know that Venice Florida is not cheap so one does adapt and you get what you pay for. If you want to spend lavishly more it’s your choice but it excellent choice for what you pay at the Ramada in Venice Florida.

Location was good for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Nice pool area but had cold weather when we were there so didn't use it. Nice restaurant on site which was very busy. Planning to come back.

Sometimes kind of loud outside but usually not a problem, only with certain guests.

Location was fine for what we needed it for.

We arrived at 3:50 for checkin but had to wait an hour before the room was available which was disappointing. The drink vouchers would have been a nice gesture for our inconvenience if they didn't limit the drink to a $5 value. The pool was under construction too.

Restaurant and bar were great, staff friendly.

Shower had very low water pressure and could not control water temp, it was either scalding or freezing cold. Front desk did put in a work order for it. Pool was partially closed due to damage to the bottom of pool. Hotel did have signs saying pool was going to be replaced towards the end of the month. But with sections of pool closed it was too crowded to use.

At first, i was dreading my stay because the room i was in prior wasn't pleasant. However, they changed my rooms and I was very happy, it was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were there.The front desk staff were extremely accommodating.

The room I was in at first, it was dirty. The beds and floors weren't clean, and the view of the parking lot I did not like.

Newly renovated. Attractive, quality renovations. Huge walk in pool. All floors are vinyl wood look. Rooms are very clean. Great beds and linens. Air conditioning worked well. No smells in room. Difficult to find property initially because of lack of signs but once you find it it is easy access to both directions of the highway. Burger King in parking lot. Close to Venice, Nokomis and beaches. Staff was all very courteous.

Getting housekeeping to clean our room was unacceptable. We went to front desk 3 days in a row and only after we threw our towels and trash on the walkway in front of our room did housekeeping clean room on the 4 th day. The notices in the room (Mirror placard, hanging card about water saving and housekeeping)!about housekeeping are conflicting and do not match their actual operations. They need to throw out and update. We were there for 5 nights.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice. The breakfast was good.

The people in the connected room smoked pot that stunk up our room. The staff made it right for us. Upon checking in we were charged a $50.00 Incidental fee and told that in the event we would go to the poolside bar and order drinks we could charge them to our room. The bar said they don't do that. Also one last item rather than charging my card for the full amount for the stay, their system broke it down into multiple charges. So be warned. Keep an eye on your account.

The room was nice and spacious and everything needed was in the room. The hotel was also centrally located to where I was visiting family and friends. My godson loved the pool. The only problem was the smoking.

I did not like that people were smoking at the pool. I reported them and a manager came out and spoke to them. A short time later, the same couple smoked again. I reported it and no one came. Very disappointing as I don's smoke and didn't want to expose myself or my godson to the smoke. Also, the room didn't get cleaned and towels replaced until I'd been there three days.
