Absolutely beautiful room. Exceptionally clean and a very good size. Literally a stones throw from the beach to so great location. Lovely lady, and very welcoming. Very impressed.

There really wasn't anything not to like. Location was fab, staff were fab, room was fab, so clean, with everything I needed and it was nice and quiet at night and comfortable. I had room 10 my friend next door in 11. We were both very happy with our rooms. I highly recommend it as a great base for a few days. Even a week and would book again.

My only gripe is that on the website, it's advertised as having a lounge, but it didn't seem to have one as there is an office in what I assumed would have been a lounge. I wish they'd kept it as a lounge. Somewhere to sit and relax with friends. That said I without a doubt, I would go back.

We stayed at the Eastleigh for 7 days at Easter 2025, booking the property as the price for the establishment was very reasonable with a nice central location. The room was clean and a comfortable size, nicely decorated and homely. For me the biggest plus was the staff, Paula the manager was lovely, always helpful and accommodating, she sorted us out when we wanted to come a few days early to the property, provided a fan for my wife who is prone to overheating and on the day of departure allowed us to stay past the 10 o'clock kick out time. She really is an asset to the Eastleigh so thank you. I suppose the most important feedback you can give for any property is 'would you stay here again', and for us it's an emphatic 'yes'.

My only criticism was the 'fridge', It was more a cooler than a fridge so didn't keep things as cool as I would have liked, however still better than what's on offer in most other establishments.

Stayed here with my 6 year old daughter last week for 3 days and we were so happy with everything about the hotel. We were kindly checked in earlier than stated time and given the family room, where my daughter had her own bed and TV. The room was impeccably clean, the fridge came in handy for cold drinks and we were grateful for the complimentary bottles of water. The beds were super comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect and central to everything. My daughter absolutely loved the room and it will be part of her holiday memories. We will definitely be back

Perfect location a few steps from the pier. There is no dedicated parking but you can park outside the property, we've been there in November with no issues with the spaces but I guess it might be hard during the summer. The lady at the reception was so nice and kind we've had the warmest welcome ever. The room is not the biggest but there is everything you need for a short stay: a wardrobe, small fridge, a desk, large comfy bed, a shower room, a kettle with some milk, coffee and tea and a smart TV that connect to a local Wi-Fi. Great place for an older person or a couple, the room feels like an upstairs home bedroom.

We've been at the top floor and the shower water pressure was really low and took some time until the water was warm.

Very clean hotel and room,it smelt beautiful and clean throughout.The room itself had everything you need.A complimentary tea and coffee tray including 2 packs of 3 biscuits. We had a mini fridge in the room with fresh water which was greatly appreciated.The hotel was situated in a perfect place to all the fairs,arcades,bars and cafes and the beach was literally feet away.The hotel was lovely and quiet and the owners are very friendly and helpful.We highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to go again.

Nearly everything about this place is perfect. Everything we needed for our short stay was provided for including straighteners and a hairdryer. Bottles of cold water in a mini fridge. Biscuits to go with the complimentary tea and coffee. Iron and ironing board available if needed and a fan in the room which was well needed. On top of all this an alternative room was provided to save me hauling myself to the top floor with my dodgy knee.

Couldn't open windows in the room when I tried but due to fan was not a major issue.

It was clean, very comfortable and extremely tidy, and was made welcome as soon as we entered the property, Paula was lovely and could have a laugh with her, very down to earth, would 100% stay here again, the room was well stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits in room with water in fridge for us. We saw bad reviews prior to booking so was a little weary but going there personally and stopping can happily say it's a load of bollocks, would highly recommend. Thank you for having us and making us feel so welcome, Will definitely be back!!

We loved everything.

The very warm welcome from the owners, the information and safety information provided by the owners. The bedroom was so so clean, the bed was so comfortable, very quiet and always asked if everything was okay. The location is perfect as it’s so close to everything. We loved the decor in the bedroom - we loved it so much we have booked again for August and we will be staying here due to the lovely owners and the location. You get more for your money when you stay here. Don’t be put off by lack of parking, you can easily park on the road. We were lucky to park right outside as it’s first come first serve. Thank you to Paula and her partner for such a wonderful stay.. we cannot wait to return xx

I have absolutely no dislikes..

I've been to a lot of b&bs and hotels and this room was by far the best! It had everything you could need; spare blankets, heater, fan, fridge, full canisters of tea coffee and sugar, washing up liquid and a sponge, glasses as well as cups, plenty clothes hangers, a step for the bathroom, hair dryer and hair straightener. I've never seen so many facilities provided and everything was really clean. There was also an iron and ironing board on the landing we could have used if we needed it. The bed and pillows were comfortable. On-suite was a good size with full size standing shower and very clean.

Doesn't offer breakfast but still great value for money and there are breakfast cafes near by.
