Breakfast was excellent. Good buffet with many options available. The fact that you have breakfast on the Lord Delaware Terrace only adds to the ambiance.

Some of the facilities in the property need to be upgraded. The gym is basic and can certainly be upgraded. The washrooms, though spotlessly clean could use more modern fittings . Would have given the property a five star rating but for the fact that despite our having made a reservation at the Tatu restaurant and having asked for a specific table, when we arrived at the restaurant our table was occupied by another family and we were told that this was an error.

The staff were always warm and friendly. The food was amazing. I'd like to mention the chauffeur service led by Mr. Eston and his team was incredible. Very comfortable and polite. Ms. Leah at the reception, great to have met you. Mr. Edwin, Mr. Jeremy was always a delight driving around town with you. Overall, excellent service and a great experience.

Nothing really. Oh yeah the security check at the entrance gate, where we had to get down from the car even as residents. Need to check on that. Sometimes we'd come back exhausted n having to go through the security scan was quite unnecessary. That's all. 😊😊

I've always wanted to stay in 'the hotel that built a nation.' Beyond its historical context, it meets the standards of all Fairmont hotels. The staff are attentive, the restaurants and bar are excellent, and our room was what we expected.

Just a minor gripe. There is a very interesting book on the Norfolk and its history in the reception area for the public to view. Sadly the hotel souvenir shop dosnt stock it. What a miss!

I loved the setting of the hotel and its beautiful garden ! An amazing oasis in the middle of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, good a la carte breakfast options with good coffee which can all be enjoyed in the garden.

The wifi was not great, jumped on and off with little bandwidth. Also the pillows were not the best quality.

Definitely the people at the hotel, how they cared about us and shared with us. The food and late night bar attention

I felt the room was the worse in the hotel, looking at the parking place of a factory. I felt the hotel was empty and still we got this room without view and like the last place in the hotel. This was an investment for me and would not do it again.

Omg the Staff are just gems !! Service was outstanding. Such a special atmosphere. We were here around Christmas and the decorations were so magical.

We loved the garden and the cin cin bar. Great atmosphere, very kind, helpful and smiling staff. Excellence at all levels and in details - live jazz band in the evening, great smell in the lobby and even great body wash!

Have to be difficult to complain about anything. Would just love to have more nuts for breakfast.

The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable with a lively warm swimming pool. The staff were friendly.

The price of the restaurant was excessive for the quality. The taxes were not included on the prices advertised on the menu.

The Staff were so lovely and warm. They brought me a cup of tea after a very late check in. The service was top notch!

Safe, secure, clean, attentive hosts, Very comfortable, beautiful, smells nice - What's not to love? This place is as I had imagined but never stayed. Now I will be staying here with my family the next time I visit Nairobi. The breakfast was great- Had many healthy choices. I am a history buff - so I liked that they have incorporated the history sorrounding the hotel in many spaces. We loved the gym/sauna

Dinner. The food was not as great as to match the hotel.
