The bed was so comfortable. The room was very clean. The bedroom area was very nicely put together and just the right amount of space for a quick trip!

The bathroom seemed to be a little less clean than the bedroom. The part I didn’t like the most was that I found a few hairs on the towels and one in the sheets. I know it’s not like a big deal we all have hair, but it’s just something I find gross at hotels and really anywhere I go in public.

This was a great stay right off the highway on a cross country trip. Lots of details in the room that just work: New vinyl floor instead of stinky carpet. Squeaky clean shower (no moldy shower curtain) hooks all over the room to hang up yer stuff. Window shades were clean and sleek room darkening , new HVAC unit. Best of all- cotton sheets rather than cheap polyester or microfiber. Price was a great value and breakfast was simple and easy to grab and go (no hot breakfast which is fine with me… I don’t need fatty sausage and gravy !) I had a perfect shower and deep sleep in a comfortable bed.

Microwave in the room would have been nice and I actually do use the freezer -believe it or not- unit had only a small fridge.

Love the fresh or new feel of the hotel. It's clean and felt like we were staying at an expensive hotel but for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was good and balanced with options. We loved the simplicity and practical features of the room. There were no dresser drawers (who uses them anyway?!) and no big wasted space of unnecessary furniture in the room. What a clever design of the room! Bed and pillows were comfy too! The floors in the room are awesome...no disgusting carpet! Water pressure good and shower was clean and was worth staying in the shower for an extra few minutes to enjoy!

That we didn't stay longer. There wasn't anything we could say that we didn't like. We needed a place to stay and this was a great choice!

I liked the location.

It could have been a little more clean and the employees could have been nicer. The rooms were clean, but there were a few stains on the sheets, one of the clean towels smelled like pee.

Super friendly staff. Location is clean, bright, and easy to find. The room was modern but comfortable. We all agreed the beds were amazing! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or have the breakfast, but that was our fault. We got back to the hotel late and the lobby was still welcoming even though it was a little darker. Great location to get to and from the fair. Door Dashing a late night snack was easy too

From the Check-In Process the whole stay was great! Rooms aren’t big by any means but for a weekend stay or a business trip, they will do what they are designed to do. The Pool was perfect size for our 2 year old and the coffee was awesome. Although the Continental is a bit unorthodox compared to others hotels it was a good change of pace from the normal microwaved eggs and half cooked sausage! The Room and the whole facility was very clean. Out of all the Hotels we have stayed in, this has the most COMFORTABLE Beds and Pillows (Room 115). Staff were also very polite. Will be staying again if we’re in the Columbus Area

The room/bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Linens were nice. Ice machine, snack area, coffee were convenient. It was a good value. We were there to attend a family wedding so just needed a place to sleep and get ready. We needed two rooms everyone was accommodated. Liked that shampoo, conditioner, body wash, had soap, lotion were in dispensers.

Room size was small. Windows, doors, elevators needed cleaned. Outside trash cans needed emptied. Landscape needed tending.

The man at the desk checked me in after checking my wife in previously (about 30 mins prior), and before he gave me my key card, he said no, wait, let me see some ID to make sure I am who I said I was and that it was possible someone could of heard my wife say that she would be in 302 and claimed to be me. I was really appreciative of that. It was really security minded, and I made sure to tell him that as well. In these crazy times, it was refreshing to see someone be so aware of what could happen and be that mindful.

Staff was great room, was clean, bed was comfortable. Would consider staying again if downtown hotels are not an option.

A full night's stay of my room was pre authorized to my card on the second night of my stay after the room had been paid in full. My budget allowed for me to continue on with the trip without worry and the preauth did fall off my account several days later but this issue could really affect someone who is on a tighter budget. The front desk was helpful in figuring out what the reason for the preauthorization to my card was and was very apologetic as it shouldn't have happened- but it wasn't her fault.

This is our go-to hotel when we visit our two kids, in Columbus, OH and Purdue University, respectively. Location is convenient and the facility was brand new when we visited the first time, and is now a few years old. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast has dine-in and take-out ready hot and cold items. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby all day. We like the two queen sized beds, big window and the modern deco.We stayed in different sized rooms, some are standard sized while the others are much more spacious. Just be aware that there is no closet, only hooks and pegs to hang things, which is fine with us.

The stairway was not clean when we visited on 12/15 and on 12/17.
