My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Kings Bay Apartments, the apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend, amazing views and close to shops restaurants and most importantly a short walk down to the local Kings Beach, in addition I also received amazing and prompt service when I requested the wifi password, within seconds actually. Unfortunately the only downfall was I happened to book us in for what turned out to be the week of unpredictable relentless rain, which just means we will have to come back again for another stay and get the full sunny coast experience to truly complement this amazing holiday destination to its fullest

Awesome value for money! Very close to the beach, just a short drive or walk. Our apartment had a huge TV, fans and aircon, proper kitchen, dishwasher, bathtub, 2 showers, washer and dryer! The beds were comfy and the linen was clean. VERY quiet! Couldn't hear other guests and once the doors were shut, couldn't hear the road either. HEATED POOL AND SPA!!! This was a really great surprise! Great little balcony for morning coffees.

My very large car didn't fit well into our allocated parking space, but the manager was very helpful and told me where else to park instead. 😀

Great accommodation with everything needed other than a lift :) Staff were very friendly and the place was super clean with very comfortable bedding

No lift wasnt a deal breaker but the stairs are very steep and my Mother has a lung disease so had i known what we were in for with the climbing I would have requested a room on a lower floor so she was still able to breath by the time we unlocked the door. As I said it was not a deal breaker though and did not put a damper on the holiday at all

The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking implements (knives, pots and pans, egg cups even), beyond the basics. The WiFi was also much stronger than other places I've stayed at Caloundra. Mark was very responsive and helpful over messages before our stay. Everything else was as described: a good base for staying near King's Beach. The pool is accessed via a gate at the side of the property. It takes about 5 minutes to walk down to the beach, and our balcony had a sea view between the buildings. You can't hear the sea though. I'd definitely consider staying again.

It would be good to provide more clothes hangers in the bedroom cupboards; we only had 2 per cupboard. Note that check out is earlier than some other places: 9.30 am rather than 10. You could also lose the scatter cushions and bedspreads in the bedrooms; potentially unhygienic and not needed.

Spacious two bedroom apartment with all the amenities for a week long holiday made our stay very enjoyable. The unit was very clean and comfortable and we would certainly stay again. Location near Kings Beach and board-walk suited us fine as senior walkers. Off-road undercover parking was convenient. Very good rate and value.

Not much to not like about this property.

The apartment was well presented, very clean and had really comfortable beds. Easy to access and the double carpark for the 3-bed apartment was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked, and 2 showers and 2 toilets was perfect for staying with friends and family.

We didn't realise that there was no air conditioning in the apartment, which we struggled with as it was sweltering during our 2 day stay. The fans just didn't cut it.

Location and cleanliness were great, double secure car parking and visitor parking, great fans even without having air conditioning, room sizes good, beds very comfortable, slept well, lighting good, stove and oven clean and worked well. Fridge decent size. Ocean views, cool breezes, lovely pool, spa area, out door toilet is a plus too. Nice little BBQ area. Nice walking distance to the beach, caloundra city square, activities and dinner venues.

Perhaps a small air con in the loungeroom as none in whole apartment, lucky for a cooler summer so we didn't need it this stay. More shelf/draw space, not just hanging space in single rooms. Dining room only had 4 chairs for 6 people staying. Our whole stay we had a small child above us running around from 6.30 every morning stomping like an elephant on floor boards (not venues fault). Lounge chairs in pool area not comfortable.

Great view on top level. Well decorated with quality furnishings. Very comfortable and impressively squeaky clean. Having stayed in many apartments, this one exceeded expectations and was very good value as well. Highly recommend and we will return.

Nothing. It may not suit everyone to use stairs as there is no lift, but we like the exercise so not a problem to us.

Mark went out of his way to make us (6 women) comfortable. We were on a weekend away competing in a sporting event on the coast. We loved our accommodation, clean, comfortable, close to all cafe’s & restaurants/surf club etc. We would certainly recommend King Bay Apartments for a getaway, family holiday. Thank you Mark for making our stay very enjoyable 😊

Clean, comfortable, close to beach coffee shop and surf club & bar.

Loved the layout of the apartment, the deck out front and the rooftop patio. It was air conditioned and fully self contained including dishwasher and laundry. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms quite spacious. Pool was excellent, with a spa also. Beautiful unit overall.

Only negative is no lift which was stated but it was hard going up 6 lots of stairs to the 3rd floor each time we went out.
