Great resort, nice beach, lots of facilities, kids friendly

Staff try to give you the worst room unless you ask for a better placed one.

We loved the location, breakfast and staff. Pool area and gardens are very well maintained and it is lovely area to stroll through. We loved the hotel and it's amenities. Room was spacious and with nice pool view. Staff very friendly and helpful and immediately helped us with room change due to humidity.

Not enough towells in the bathroom, on rainy days room was extremely humid, the floor was wet due to condensation and there was a funny humid smell from.the wardrobe. Rooms are a bit outdated as this is one of the oldest hotels in the area. Not enough sunbeds on the pool for hotel of this size. Dinner in the main restaurant was disappointing for thd price that is pretty high in Bali.

The hotel has a balinese vibes. At first I was worried about the old furniture but it was not so bad in person. My husband and I had a great experienced here and we will be back next year for our wedding. The flexibility of the check-in and out time that the hotel has given us really made our stay perfect. We would like to thank all the staffs, who by the way, are very helpful and smiley all the time. The outdoor facilities of the hotel are amazing, the pool is nice and the whole place is just peaceful. There’s also a walking track in the beach connected to the other neighbouring hotels like westin, sofitel, laguna, melia, etc.. It’s really nice to walk there in the evenings. We highly recommend this hotel.

Not about the hotel but you need to bring a mosquito repellent bec there’s alot of them esp in the evening outside in the restau and beach area. My husband had a lot of bites all over his legs.

The service was exceptional. Apparently we booked into a Palace Club room as hadn't been aware of the distinction between room types. We were blown away by the professionalism, the courtesy and made welcome by the Palace Club staff. We had been there before on a "day pass" from a previous cruise. The current cruise did an overnight stay at Bali so we jumped at the chance to try out the facilities in a bit more detail. Right on the beach with waiter service, or the number of pools to jump into was a difficult choice. The Palace Club room had a 2nd toilet area, a kitchenette extremely large bedroom and a separate dining/lounge room. With a large blacony overlooking beautifully maintained gardens. The Palace club included a breakfast option to 10.30am, an afternoon tea option 3-5pm and cocktail option from 5.30-7.00pm. A perfect lead in to visiting a choice of a few on site dining options. Superb and relaxing. We arranged a pickup and return to the wharf. Our driver Yan Chan, was a superb welcoming man for what was upcoming. Also a shout out to Nona and her crew. We'll be back for sure for a longer stay.

There is not much there is to dislike. But if anything needed attention you just had to ask and the problem was resolved promptly.

Fabulous accessibility, well designed building, very friendly and considerate staff, great food - just sad that the majority of places served European food rather than Indonesian/ Balinese (especially the ones overlooking the beach)

Only one restaurant served local food - sad not to have Balinese food on Bali - sad that the beach restaurant served European food rather than local. Also sad that pool and sea swimming was only permitted from 7:00 to 19:00 which made it inaccessible for people on work trips

It’s a big hotel, but not to big in the sense that you can still walk everywhere. That was nice! Very well suited for a family vacation. Breakfast was amazing. Kids club also amazing.

Our experience with the tour guide desk was not amazing since we didn’t want to have a pre-arrange (highly touristy) tour.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Great beach and place to just relax on the shore and go for a swim. The staff were accommodating and friendly and tried their best to look after us. I have a phobia for geckos and Bali has them everywhere. The staff checked my room before checking in and assured me that everything was fine. Great and comfortable stay and was really sad to leave the ocean. Crystal Frank

Fantastic service, very professional workers, delicious food.

Behaviour tourists from Belgium, Germany, Hungary, and Poland created very noise and smoking everywhere. They touch bread and other food by their hands, and if they do not like it, they dropped the food and the bread back

The resort is stunning, pool is crystal clear, the scenic around the resort is very photogenic. My 3 Kids enjoyed the pool every day in their stay.

The food in the restaurant is poorly cooked for a 5 star hotel. The taste is a bit bland and sometimes it over cooked.

Awesome location. Nice environment, lots of nature, shade in the beach area, amazing pools, top food and drinks. Sublime. Possibly the best place to stay in nusa dua. Breakfast buffet was the best ever and we travel a lot to many places in the world. Even though the resort was fully booked it was peaceful and nice, plenty of everything. Gluten free options and alcohol free cocktails available. Service was world class.
