The location is at the corner of the interstate and 46 out of Seguine so it's at a busy intersection but close to everything in town. Everyone comments about the characters who stay there watching you in the parking lot but no one ever messed with my vehicle and honestly you get what you pay for. My electronics and valuables I left in the room stayed safe and my vehicle was left alone so I'm not sure what these high maintenance people are complaining about for the fair price.

I had an emergency the morning of check out and the front desk guy was awesome! Above and beyond in his help and understanding. The situation (nothing to do with the motel itself) and we still managed to check out barely late. He said not to worry, this is important ❤️

Lots of road noise. I would think the first step might be to weatherstrip the door to the room. Next might be to consider a hedge of redtip photinia or Italian aleppo pine if you have enough space on the strip of land behind the gas station and coffee drive-in to the north of your property.

It's a tough time for motels everywhere, but your next upgrade in the rooms might be replacing the toilets with 21" stool height. Nobody is only 5 foot 2 inches anymore. The hot tub was a surprise, especially at night in the dark, on the way to the bathroom. I knew the tub was there, but forgot the tile pedestal.
