Landing Gold had lovely staff who were always ready to help out as best they good. The breakfast was very nice, and the pool was great to have upon returning to the hotel on a hot day. Also, the view from the balcony was really nice, with greenery everywhere, bringing welcome shade and relaxing vista. In a very important plus for this hotel, the soundproofing was great! We could only hear the people above when they dragged chairs across the floor. No other external noises made it into the room.

One of the beds was quite comfortable, while the other was a bit on the hard side. That would be the only negative of staying here.

The hotel is very well located. Away from the center so you avoid the hustle and bustle but close at the same time. To highlight the cleanliness, the facilities, the patio, the swimming pool, the spacious and bright rooms. The staff is also very attentive. The breakfast is nice. Nice balcony

This is constructive criticism. The nights I stayed the weather was pleasant. I would have liked to be able to open a window or door to let fresh air in, but there was no mosquito net and there were mosquitoes so we had to sleep with everything closed without natural ventilation.

The rooms were all very clean. The pool was a lovely temperature. The staff were always very friendly and helpful.

This is just an observation not a criticism but breakfast was quite limited and when food or drinks ran out they were not replenished very quickly. It was about a 10 minute walk or a $2 tuk tuk ride. For the price that you pay it's still very good value for money.

This is a beautiful property with fantastic service and great location. The rooms are beautifully designed and extremely spacious. The hotel staff was always there to support for any queries and help we needed throughout our stay. I loved their breakfast concept of selecting meal options from the menu list, you could really see how much food waste was avoided by this as everyone ordered what they preferred and every meal prepared was customized to your liking. The hotel also provided complimentary pick up. Right at the entrance they had tuk tuk available to visit any place, they would also help recommend and make reservations as required. I thoroughly loved my stay and will highly recommend this property. I look forward to visit again!

First of all, the staff is just esceptional - every single member of the staff was so friendly - we really are not used to that and we were really pleasantly surprised. Every time we arrived in the hotel, the receptionists talked to us and asked us about our day. Amazing. Breakfast is also great - it is complementary and you can choose whatever you want from the menu - western breakfast or local options. The afternoon tea is just the perfect detail which makes the experience exceptional - they serve various kinds of tea, biscuits, local desserts. Rooms are very clean, bathroom looks amazing. There was free fruit in the room. Wifi is very stable.

Staff was amazing. Always attentive and eager to help from pickup to farewell. The hotel is around 7km from Angkor complex, which is why you are visiting Siem Reap. The staff arranged a tuk tuk tour for us which was great, with the driver riding out to meet us as we exited each location. However even with this convenient location we decided to take a day off from Angkor just to relax by the pool, which for us was a beautifully landscaped sanctuary from the dusty city beyond the hotel walls. Worth mentioning the hotel showers you with free stuff. Free airport/bus terminal shuttles. Free welcome drink on arrival. . massage in their spa (one of the best I've ever had and I've a lot). Absolutely luxurious, and the experience was better than hotels I've stayed at that were much more expensive. we will definitely return if we have the chance!

The location was great (walking distance from the city center, but in a quite area), the staff was extremely kind and helpful, the rooms was very big and cleaned up every day. Breakast was very good. The pool is kept clean and it is fairly big (extra towels are offered). Overall, this hotel is definitely recommended.

Our favourite place in Cambodia. Just a lovely quiet room overlooking the pool and Frangipani tree. OK walk into town.

The staff has gone the extra mile throughout our stay. Even if we had a problem with our booking, staff has been very attentive and accommodating to ensure we were looked after in the best possible way.

Breakfast could be improved as it is a bit basic.
