Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, terrific location. They offered a free tour of the Jewish Quarter and it was TERRIFIC!

The beds were a bit hard, woke up with back pain every day, same for my sister who stayed with me.

Beautiful hotel, with lots of cosy indoor and outdoor areas to relax in. The bedroom was clean and very spacious, with a very comfortable bed (pillow options available), great shower, coffee pod machine and There was free water and hot drinks for the hotel guests in the lounge area, which was very welcome after a day exploring. Professional and helpful staff in the Mak cafe, Halicka bar and restaurant and on reception made for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. We also ate in both the restaurant and cafe and were very impressed. The location was good for getting around and exploring the Kazimierz and Old Town with the added bonus of free bike hire for guests. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Krakow.

Nothing, perfect for a long weekend.

Loved the bed, huge and comfortable, pillows were fluffy -with option to change for hard pillows if preferred. Location is excellent-lots of restaurants, pubs within walking distance. Schlinder Factory 15 minutes walk away, shopping centre 8 minutes walk away. Staff were friendly, professional, ordered doctor for us when needed. Food in restaurant in hotel was just fabulous. Rarely bother with hotel food but did lunch first day for convenience and just loved the food. Had dinner and breakfast at hotel too, and it was absolutely delicious. Coffee machine for general use was great also.-could get decent coffee/hot chocolate at any time of day.

Found it a little difficult to work sequence of lights in bedroom- but that’s only a minor issue.

It was a really good hotel. Not close to the old town but it is accessible with tram or a 20 min walk. Close to the old Jewish quarter which also has good restaurant options (especially plac Nowy). Also close to the river embankment for a nice stroll. The standard room was quite comfortable. The partial sun roof was a nice touch. Downstairs café was quite chill and the food there was really good. They provide bikes with limited amounts which is also convenient.

There is no coffee machine or a water kettle in the room. However, downstairs in the lobby there is a 24 hour hot/cold water machine and an espresso/filter coffee machine with milk and a variety of teas.

The ambiance of the public areas, efficiency and pleasantness of staff in dining area. Breakfast choice and standard of the food. Use of tablet in bedroom to inform and perform many functions.

Everything, really. The staff is very helpful and nice. The design of the rooms is modern and with very good taste, I would 100% buy that furniture for home! The bed is super comfortable, and if you don’t like the pillows, you have the option to change for free for harder or softer ones. The spa zone is small, but very well maintained. We had a couples massage, and it was amazing and relaxing. It is great after a day of visiting to go to the sauna and relax. The saunas are open until 10 pm, which is great. The tablet in the room is super nice, but you can also control the lightning the classical way, which I think is helpful for people that are not super technical. We had room service, and the food is out of this world! The portions are pretty small, but the taste is AMAZING. Comparable to fine dining restaurants. The location is PERFECT. Walking distance: 10 min from the train station to the airport (40 min max to the airport), 20 minutes from the center of the old town, 10 minutes from amazing restaurants, right in the middle of the jewish neighbourhood with great sights around. Would 100% be back.

Not the case!

The hotel was perfect for my partner and I. It is modern, extremely clean, staff are friendly and there are loads of nice little touches like free coffee and free bike hire! The hotel is around a 15/20 minute walk from the old town but a taxi cost us £2.50 which is more than reasonable. The Jewish Quarter is only around 5 minute walk away so it’s in a great location really. The rooms were very quiet and anything you needed the staff were on hand to help. We’ve recommended this hotel to our family and friends and will continue to do so.

Pillows were too thin, staff would have sorted this out but we forgot to ask (our fault!)

My deluxe room was very spacious and comfortable and the shower superb, but my sons deluxe room was even bigger.. I wowed. The Breakfast choices were amazing, best I have ever seen or tasted in a hotel. The location was quite good, if you were arriving by train, the station is practically opposite, walkable to town, the parking is public on street pay meters, if you can find a place, but much cheaper than the hotel rate.

The main restaurants evening menu, I can see why it wasn't really utilised by the guests. The menu needs to be revisited. I had absolutely nothing to complain about. The staff were extremely welcoming when I arrived and all the staff during my four days, great. I would definitely stay here again and now I will look at other Puro hotels in other countries for accommodation. Just a note, I did not use the housekeeping service during my stay, but my son had an issue with what was actually included in their role. Also, for a four star hotel, no water was given after the first day??? You will need to buy some.

Modern, clean, lovely decor, good technology and staff welcoming. Rooms spacious, gym, spa, great lounge areas and comfortable ambiance for solo Traveller! Great location as well.

No coffee in the rooms, no iron or ironing board. No alternative Oat milk/ rice milk on coffee station, only soy milk, I had to ask everytime I wanted a coffee. Food in restaurant did not have many gluten/dairy free options and food I had during the evening was incredibly salty.

We had a really nice stay in the hotel. The room was new and clean and with a comfortable bed. The spa was also a nice addition in our stay, they provide you also with towels, slippers and a bathrobe. There was free coffee, tea and water always available. The location is nice, everything is walkable.

The people at the reception seemed annoyed for some reason, they weren't very friendly. The bikes are free to take which is super nice, but you have to be really early otherwise they're all gone. We weren't able to use them unfortunately.
